About this property

Beachfront Luxury Renovated Condo Directly On the Gulf

Look no further, you have found your Luxurious Penthouse Condo Rental at 705N in Crescent Arms! Located directly on the sparkling white sandy beach of Crescent Beach. Feel confident booking my unit for your vacation. When you arrive at my condo, if it's not perfect and exactly as it is listed, I will do what ever it takes to make your stay extraordinary. My cleaning staff follows the CDC guidelines for cleaning, and I have allocated enough time in between guests checking in and out of my condo to thoroughly disinfect and clean the condo. The condo is completely renovated with all new kitchen appliances, and cabinets, new living room and bedroom furniture, solid core doors and freshly painted throughout, as well as updated/renovated bathrooms. It's beautifully appointed and absolutely immaculately clean! I don't treat my condo as a rental, which means I purchase items like bedding that I would want as if I lived there every day.
The condo has Saatva mattresses, pillow toppers and pillows on all of my beds to give you an amazing nights sleep. I can't tell you how many guests text me after their stay asking me where they can purchase the bedding for their home because they had such a wonderful sleep experience!
Another amenity you won't find in many condo's on Siesta Key is carpet! Would you have tile on every floor in your house? Then don't settle for cold tiled floors for your vacation retreat!
The condo also comes with a third twin bed, and fits perfectly between the current twin beds. Or pull the two twin beds together, and with a specially made harness that keeps the beds together while covering up the gap, you have a comfortable queen bed!
Have Kids? The flat screen TV's in each bedroom, as well as in the living room will keep them busy when you are looking for some down time. The XBox gaming system is a complete hit with the kids, and lets parents unwind quietly! (Can you tell I have two boys) :)
Wireless Internet Access: Wireless Internet Access if Free.
XBox Gaming System: Condo comes with an XBox gaming system and 15 games. There are a variety of games for all ages.
There are two coin operated washers and dryers in a separate room just outside my unit door. If there were any closer, they would be in my unit!

This unit is exactly as advertised. The location was easy to access the beach, public transportation and an easy walk to coffee shops, markets, and ice cream parlors. We will definitely be looking to book this same unit in future trips to Siesta Key.

This was the best place for us to stay on Siesta Key! The condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy and so was the living room furniture. The beach is excellent- the sand is like soft sugar. The beach is also very wide so there was lots of room. It never felt crowded. The washer and dryer are right next door and that was very convenient. Just a great place for us!!

We enjoyed out stay!

We had a great stay! The beach and location were exceptional—just steps away and close to everything. The apartment was nice and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and good-quality hardware. It was quiet at night, which made for a relaxing stay. The only downsides were that there was just one elevator, which sometimes took a while, and I wish the master bedroom had a king-sized bed instead of a queen one. Overall, a great experience!

I have 2 boys, and each year they look forward to our April family vacation on the white sandy beaches of Crescent Beach. To us, Crescent Arms is home, and we look forward to sharing our home with others to experience the awesome beaches of Siesta Key!

All you need to do is vacation in Siesta Key with the beautiful white sandy beaches once, and you are hooked for life.

What makes this property unique

What I hear all the time about the condo that makes it different than most of the rentals on Siesta Key is I have carpet instead of tile throughout. Everybody comments how much cozier it is, and how nice it is with younger children. Also, the unit is close to Stickney Point Bridge, so getting into Sarasota is easy and quick. We are also located within walking distance of a grocery store and several places to eat.
