Villa Alexis has a baroque interior design with elegant chandeliers, a large separated kitchen and dining area as well as a master bedroom with its own secluded patio. The living room has a large fireplace which is flanked by large windows that showcase the Ionian sea on the left and the fishing village below on the right. A perfect spot for relaxation and contemplation.

The Space:

The main entrance is located at the ground floor. There you will find fully equipped open kitchen to the living area, one double bedroom and a bathroom.
Two bedrooms located in the lower level. One offers a double bed and the other two single beds. A large bathroom with jacuzzi located at the end of the hall. Storage room and washing machine available for use.

Our team will meet you at the villa to assign you with the key and show you the estate.
Two carparks available for the use of Alexis villa guests.
An email will be sent to you before your arrival with direction details and all needed information for a pleasant stay.
There are signs throughout the way to provide clear direction how to reach the villa.

The Neighborhood:
The most impressive and pristine beaches in the World are in the island of Lefkada, in the Ionian sea. However, Lefkada is not only out of this world's beaches, it is untouched mountain ranges with amazing walking trails, villages with ancient traditions, tavernas, ancient sites nearby and nightlife that is lively all year round.

Getting Around:
It is recommended to explore the area by car or boat. There are many options on boat hire in Lefkada including taking your own boat out (a smaller boat which does not need a license) to taking a larger yacht. Ask us and we can accommodate your needs depending on the situation.
Closest airport: Aktion, 40 km from Sivota
Closest port: Vassiliki , 8 km
Closest town: Vassiliki 5 min drive, Nidri 10 minutes drive

Cleaning of the villa is done prior to arrival. Guests who stays over 7nights will enjoy mid-week cleaning as well. If one wishes cleaning services then we can accommodate this with the condition that the villa will be empty. If you want additional cleaning services please contact us.
Change of towels: There are two sets of towels in each bedroom for each week.
Change of linen: There is one extra set of linen in each bedroom. Upon request we can change the linen and clean the villa subject to the condition that the villa will be empty.
Pool cleaning is done every 2 days with extra cleaning upon request or based on need.
Bespoke services such as booking of tours/boats/restaurants as well as delivery of food and arranging for chefs etc.
