Adagio G-202 - 3 Bedroom Poolside Unit

Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.

This beautiful 2nd floor, three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool and that view can be enjoyed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and KitchenAid appliances. The dining room seats six with room for three more at the bar. The balcony has lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view.


Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.


Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Kayak rentals are also available on the beach at Adagio.

Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

Lovely place to stay

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our annual trip to 30A, close to the places we love to frequent, easy access to the beach, and beautiful swimming pools. The property was clean, spacious, andcomfortable. Loved the patio! The property owners were very responsive when we noted a detached towel rack upon check-in. When staying for a week, bring extra paper towels, tp, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Obviously an issue with an old washing machine can’t be predicted. We were super thankful to get it fixed quickly & to be able to wash our clothes for the week. The shaggy rug in the den hadn’t been vacuumed well if at all. I picked up pink plastic toy parts that had been left several times & threw them in the trash. There was also another toy left behind under a piece of furniture standing off the floor in the den. This is my reasoning for a 4 star on the cleaning. No complaints about cleanliness of bedrooms & bathrooms.

Great unit for a family!

This unit was perfect for our family. We have two school aged kiddos who LOVED the pool, three grandparents who could join them or watch them have fun from the balcony, and two happy parents who were thrilled to have everyone together for a relaxing week at the beach. Thank you so much for sharing this awesome property with us. Even though I’m pretty sure the whole place was booked, we never had a problem with noise or felt like it was crowded.

Just perfect!!

We had a great relaxing time staying at Adagio and Santa Rosa. The condo is beautiful and very clean! You will NOT be disappointed. The only negative thing I can say is the rental price for the beach umbrella and chairs, roughly $650 for the large umbrella and 5 chairs for the week. This is not the fault of Adagio, but you need to be aware for budgeting purposes.

Beds were all nice & comfy, and I love that the rentals are using the white “clean bedding” program now. Hoping that continues for all rentals! This was a nice & clean unit.The chest of drawers in the room with 2 double beds needs to be fixed or replaced (several of the drawers aren’t safely attached). The tub in the bathroom attached to the same room had caulk peeling off of it. The grounds, bathrooms, & pool at Adagio are always clean & well-kept which is why we have visited many times. The inside of the condos are beginning to show their age in the bathrooms (showers & tubs especially) and those could stand to be updated soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year was most likely my 10th visit to the Adagio complex. The units are excellent, they do have some wear but they are still in fantastic condition.The only major grievance that I have is that the complex has give an umbrella company the rights to rent umbrellas and chairs and they have allocated them 3/4 of the beach front. You had to be at the beach at 5:30am to get a position near the front. Having to sit near the back of the beach in the middle of summer is brutal. You do not get the ocean breeze to cool you down.For that reason alone, I will have to reconsider staying at the property again.
