If you are planning a family reunion, girl's getaway or group vacation, Your Friend at the Beach has many other condos at Adagio.
The condo rents Saturday to Saturday only during Prime Season from Spring Break through Labor Day. Saturday is check-in/check-out day.
But reach out to Your Friend at the Beach if you have specific dates and YFAB will adjust if possible!
On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm.
Hot Tub by gym. Per HOA rules, only two cars are permitted per condo. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.
- *Beach chair service available but not included in rent.
- Does not rent monthly in off season.
RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's. Tents are not allowed on beach. Propane tanks and cookers not permitted. Per HOA rules, guests may not bring pets.
- Please review charges before booking on line as fees charged by VRBO cannot be refunded by manager.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival, however trip insurance is available at an additional cost. Please review your charges if you book on a site other than YFAB, we cannot refund fees paid to other outside websites.
