Cute two bedroom mews house sleeping up to three people, with a free allocated parking and outside space. Positioned in a quiet location in Kemptown near the seafront and Brighton Marina village with lots of restaurants, cinema and 24/7 supermarket, and where you can take the undercliff route to Rottingdean village.

The Space:
Ground Floor

Kitchen
Open kitchen with everything you will need during your stay including a dishwasher and Lavazza coffee machine that takes Lavazza a modo mio capsules.

Living / dining area
Homely and bright living space with french doors opening onto a private patio and courtyard. A drop leaf table makes up the dining area.

WC
Separate WC on the ground floor, ideal for when you have guests over.

Outside Space
A patio area is located off the living room with seating to enjoy your meals al fresco!

First Floor

Bedroom 1
Upstairs there is a contemporary, stylishly decorated bedroom with a king size bed, side tables and lamps, drawers and an open, wooden hanging rail.

A cosy single bedroom in the eaves. The single bed is a small single and measures 2'9".
