Das Haus stammt aus den 1580er Jahren und liegt im charmanten HafenstĂ€dchen Assens. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen, wo es sensationelle SonnenuntergĂ€nge zu sehen gibt. Ebenso schnell ist man in der beschaulichen „Innenstadt“ mit GeschĂ€ften, CafĂ©s und Restaurants. Tipp fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒck: „Grandts Kaffeebar“. Im Inneren ist das HĂ€uschen schön skandinavisch eingerichtet. Es gibt Wlsn, aber keinen Fernseher

Weekendtur

SpÊndende bolig med hvad kan forbinde med et hus i den alder. Ikke optimalt til mere end 3 personer da den fjerde skal sove i et gennemgangs vÊrelse. Da vi kun var der en weekend kunne det dog gÄ. Beliggenhed mit i byen er dog helt fantastiske.

Zauberhaftes historisches Haus in schöner Stadt

Die Unterkunft ist ein historisches Fachwerkhaus, dass liebevoll hergerichtet wurde. Es liegt im Stadtzentrum von Assens, einer kleinen Stadt mit vielen historischen Bauten, guter Infrastruktur und vielen Möglichkeiten fĂŒr Besucher. Hier einige Tage zu verbringen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Unsere Gastgeberin war eine große Hilfe beim erkunden der vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

De ontvangst was zeer positief. Het huis uit 1550 is wel heel bijzonder. Het is goed onderhouden en biedt alle faciliteiten. Assens heeft een heel goed Italiaans restaurant.

The house is situated in a quiet environment. We think this house is good for two adults. It is an old house and downstairs is very nice. Kitchen , bank and sitting place. Upstairs is small because of the floor is skew. But the house is very nice for spring autumn and wintertime . We think that in summertime it will be a pity that you cannot sit in a garden or outside . Surrounding is good for walking and cycling . In the village there are enough possibilities to eat but make a reservation. We have seen a lot in a week . Thanks for visiting

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein besonderes Erlebnis, einmal nicht in einem typischen Ferienhaus, sondern in diesem wunderschönen alten Fachwerkhaus in Citylage zu wohnen. Es ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und hat viel Charme und Charakter. Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden und es ist sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt sehr nahe zum Hafen und zur Einkaufsmeile. Uns hat auch die Umgebung des Hauses sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, wĂ€ren gerne lĂ€ngergeblieben und kommen gerne wieder!

Es ist auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis, in so einem alten, wunderschön hergerichtetem Haus ĂŒbernachten zu dĂŒrfen. Trotz der NĂ€he zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen ist das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen und wirklich alles, was man braucht, ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar.

HĂ€uschen mit Charakter

Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig. Es hat ein sehr schönes Esszimmer/ KĂŒche und viel Charme, da es ein schönes altes Fachwerkhaus ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Assens hat einen schönen Hafen, eine zentrale Einkaufsstraße, mehrere SpielplĂ€tze, viele alte HĂ€user. Strand ist eher steinig, aber vom Steg aus kann man ĂŒber eine Leiter schwimmen gehen und auch reinspringen. Sehenswert das versunkene Schiff vor der Halbinsel TorĂž (sĂŒdlich von Assens).
