This spacious and modern holiday apartment located in Cavtat is ideal for the holiday of a larger family. From the terrace you will enjoy stunning sea view. In the evenings guests can relax watching breath-taking sunsets.

1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen , small terrace with seat loungers and stunning sea views!

Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room,a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms and sunny terrace ( equipped with table, chairs and sun beds ).
You can enjoy in privacy on a beautiful shady terrace.
Apartment is also equipped with 3 air- conditions !!!
Dishwasher and washing machine are at your disposal also as free internet (we will give you the necessary codes), beds sheets, hair dryer, linens ,towels are also provided.
There is also sofa bed in the living room which can be used for 2 adult sleeping.

There are 3 AIR-CONDITIONS in the apartment: in each bedroom there is an air-condition and one is in the living room too.

Lovely apartment

Great position overlooking the bay from the terrace. Lots of space for a family and 2 bathrooms! Good air con.. nice little pool and loungers... well equipped kitchen and the host was very helpful and nice mannered. Cavtat is a nice location too. Would recommend this place for sure... : )

Perfect property to relax. Recently been decorated. The hosts were lovely and helpful. The pool area and the balcony were fab. The views were amazing. Shop only a 5 min walk. Town is lovely and lots of restaurants/bars but it is at the bottom of a very steep hill!! We would definitely return.

Villa with a fantastic view

Great Villa with a kind host, easy to get in touch with. The Villa has two floors with a nice garden and a terrass with a fantastic view. You can easily walk to restaurants 10min and the beach 15-20min but you should have in mind that its very steep and a lot of stairs. We where two families 8p with both teenagers and kids and all of us had a great week.

Perfect retreat with nice hosts

Very well maintained apartment. Landlord lives in apartment below and is always readily available for any questions. Close to both beaches and airport. Car needed. Steep walk downdown and back up, but well rewarded with super view from rooftop terrace. Nice lttle treats from host (fresh fruit, local digestif, cake). Recommendable.

Amazing & beautiful

Lovely villa in the beautiful town of Cavtat. Slightly out of town ( walk up and down the hill keeps you fit) but great places to eat & drink once down at the harbour. Lovely places to walk and wander. 45 mins from Dubrovnik by boat which was organised by host. 10mins from airport - transfers organised by owner. Lovely villa with plenty of space for a family with 3 teenagers. Great views and sunsets from balcony & roof terrace. Swimming pool and area to sunbathe was perfect for everyone. Being from Scotland some of us needed the shade. Owner and host very helpful and welcoming with a wee gift of traditional drink & sweets and a few supplies in the fridge. Highly recommend.

Brilliant holiday home

Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful home We had a wonderful time your home was fully equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable.we all loved the outside space and pool there was plenty of room for us all to enjoy our own space.. chesse cake and authentic food you cooked for us was wonderful..Henry booked trips for us thank you for being so helpful you have a beautiful home with the most wonderful views would definitely stay again cavtat croatia is one of my favourite places thank you again for a lovely stay
