I am a civil engineer,i work for the municipality of kefalonia.I am married with Niki which is a teacher. We both grew up and went school in Argostoli,we have 3 children . We love traveling, doing sports,reading, swimming, meeting new people from all over the world We feel our guests as our friends and wish to have a wonderful stay
Why they chose this property
The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood,it is easy to find a place to park your car.What i love in this small apartment is the spectacular view into the town and the sea from our huge window or our balcony- veranda. Our neighborhood is near olive and pine trees. Only 2-3 km away from our apartment are some of the best sandy beaches of the island .Famous Makrys gyalos sandy beach is only 2 km away,Platys gyalos sandy beach is 2,5 km,Gradakia sandy beach is 2 km away.Melissani underground lake is about 35 mins drive away, ,Drocarati Cave is about 30 mins drive away ,Myrtos Beach is about 30 mins drive awayInArgostoli which is the capital of the island and you can find many supermarkets,restaurants,taverns,cafe,bars,meet markets,bakeries. Also in Argostoli harbor you can watch the turtles . Lassi resort is also only 2 km away from our apartment where you can find many taverns,bars,cafe,supermarkets and many nice sandy beaches(like the famous Makris and Platys gyalos beach
What makes this property unique
Our panoramic superb sea view one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house on the outskirts of Argostoli, in a quiet area ,only a short distance(about 550 m) from the main square,pedestrian route, supermarkets etc. It can accommodates 2 people,it measures 25 sq.m, The fanstastic panoramic view is provided both inside the bedroom (with large windows) ,but also from our balcony -veranda. It comprises of a small separate kitchen room, one air conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with washing machine..The door from our bedroom leads to a wonderful sea view balcony- veranda. .Our apartment is fully fitted with oven with wardrobe,aircondition unit, hob,fridge/freezer, satelite and smart tv with internet access, ,coffee maker,wifi,kitchen utensils and appliances to prepare meals.
