Interior
The house has three floors. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king size bed and another room with a good sofabed and two loft beds for kids.
The house is most suitable for a couple, or a family with children, as the bedrooms are very close.
On the middle floor there is a large, bright living room with entrance to a terrace.
The kitchen on the ground floor has a dining area for 6 persons, microwave, dishwasher, and well equipped with kitchenware.
There is also a bathroom with shower and a washing mashine.

Outdoors
Large lovely garden with many trees and a lawn for playing, table tennis. South facing terrace with barbecue and east facing yard with an outdoor fireplace and partly covered space.
50m to entrance to beach or to open area with sunset views.

Location
The house is located in Holløselund on a small, quiet road near the beach, 50 m. From a gated entrance to a quiet, child-friendly beach (about 200 stairs down and a glorious view over Kattegat). The trendy beach town of Tisvildeleje is about 3-4 km. away, with cafes, restaurants and shopping, and so is Tisvilde Hegn, with about 7 km. or unspoilt coastline, great for hiking and biking. Vejby is 2 km. away with supermarkets and shopping. Lots of farmers markets and children sales in the area, and great biking routes.

Cleaning you have to take care of yourself.

During the renting period, there is the music festival 'Musik i Lejet' at Tisvildeleje Beach, which we really recommend. It's a great beach festival. HOWEVER:
NO GROUPS OR TENTS IN THE GARDEN! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, we prefer to keep it that wah and we don't run to party groups.
