This freshly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The space is clean, practical, well equipped and cozy, to ensure your stay in Venice is exceptional.

Property was great, Andrea was so nice! Told us all about the area and helped us with the parking meter, can park right outside of the apartment. Bus stop and grocery store and restaurants all right there! Highly recommend.

Perfect for a couple of days close to Venice

The apartment of Andrea and Bianca is just perfect if you want to spend a couple of days close to Venice. It's located in Mestre, close to the bus which brings you to Venice in around 15 mins. The apartment is spacious, very well equiped and very clean. There is public parking on the street of the apartment for a couple of Euro per day. Communication with Andrea and Bianca was simple and very good.

Beautiful apartment 5 mins from the Venice bus line

Our stay was wonderful! The newly renovated apartment had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating with our check in. They even provided some basic toiletries and a bottle of wine for our stay! The air conditioning was very useful for our stay during early-mid August. The bedroom has plenty of storage space for luggage and clothing. It also has 2 large windows for tons of ambient lighting. The apartment is very close to the 4L bus stop that runs every 5 mins during the day and takes you to the main island of Venice. It is also very close to the Marco Polo Airport bus line (15) that run fairly frequently. There is some really good food (and gelato) all within a 5-10 mins radius from the apartment. It is also close to the Mestre city center which has lots of shopping and more good food! Overall, we had such an amazing stay at this apartment and definitely recommend staying here!
