Newly restored and cozy flat is situated on the first floor (without a lift). The apartment features a spacious double room with a king size bed, a living room where you will find a very comfortable convertible sofa suitable for two and a dining table, a modern, fully equipped kitchenette, everything decorated with taste and style. At the end of your walking day, you may relax enjoying a warm bath in winter or doing a cool shower to refresh from the eat of summer days...this is what the bathroom offers. The apartment is equipped with independent central heating, air conditioning, wifi Internet connection, satellite TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironboard, kettle, toaster, Italian and American coffee machine, babycot, bathtub. The area where the apartment is located is a very Venetian area served by local shops, cafés, restaurants and cichetterie where you may enjoy a wide choice of delicious Venetian meals together with the flavour of the typical aperitif which is called spritz served with a variety of wonderful appetizers.

Enjoyed our stay in Venice (minus the rainy weather) the apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and more. It was clean and cozy and easy to find with the incredible directions provided. A great stay!

The stay could not have been better. The apartment was far enough away from the tourist areas to not be overrun, but close enough to visit within a 10-15 minute walk. Everything we needed was nearby; plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The host contacted us before we arrived and told us where to meet her, then led us to the apartment and gave us a tour of the amenities. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful spot

We stayed at this residence for two nights, it was extremely clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathrooms had extra stock of everything needed. Kitchen was quite well stocked also, if you wanted to cook in the room. The hosts were very accessible via WhatsApp, and provided very good recommendations as to where to eat and visit throughout Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this to others.

This was a perfect location to stay while in Venice! We arrived by water bus from the airport and were able to do an early self-check in. Daniela provided very comprehensive videos on how to get to the apartment which made the process so easy. It is a 10 min walk from the waterbus stop. The apartment is located up one flight of stairs. It was very clean and comfortable. There is one bedroom and a comfortable pull out sofa, so you can sleep 4. There is a full kitchen available. We bought our groceries at a nearby Coop grocery to eat breakfast at the apartment. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Daniela gave us many recommendations. It was easy to walk all over Venice from this location. I would definitely recommend staying here while in Venice!

When we can, we love to travel although long journeys have been neglected given the tender age of our kids. In recent years our favorite destinations are the Ligurian sea, as I was born in Genoa and I still have all my loved ones there, the Adriatic coast, the Cavallino in particular, half an hour by boat from Venice and the mountain, the Trentino above all.
I love dedicating myself with care and dedication to my 'tourist rental' business, always trying to assist my guests at the best before and during their stay because, having traveled a lot especially abroad before becoming a mother, I know how important it is to assist guests who are abroad and do not know the habits and customs of the place where they are ... in the work I do every day, the satisfaction of my guests is surely my first goal ..

I always have loved the quiet areas of Venice far apart from the everyday crowd, this is the reason why I become very excited to buy this apartment .
It was originally my home and during this period I had the chance to give to it my personal touch; a little while later when I married and I moved on to the countryside , I decided to rent it to travelers and I had a great satisfaction from the feedback of my guests since everyone says that they feel here so comfortable like being home. The apartment infact is very cozy, spacious and well equipped with everything a guest may need during the stay..
