A lovely and air conditioned one bedroom apartment, only a short walk from Estepona port on the sixth floor of the Bellavista del Puerto urbanisation with communal swimming pool. It offers the most amazing views over the Mediterranean sea towards Gibraltar, across the harbour of Estepona and an impressive mountain view. The holiday apartment has a comfortable king size bed with direct access to the cosy balcony with dining area and awning for your morning breakfast. Please keep in mind that children are not allowed in the property since the balustrades are not high enough. A good-size family bathroom, with bath and overhead shower, hand basin and lavatory. The lounge has a comfortable custom made sofa for two guests, a flat screen smart television with international TV channels in several languages including Sky and videos on demand for free. It also includes a high speed fibre optic connection with Wifi. A partial open kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, four ring cooking hob, microwave and washing machine. The apartment also provides a private parking space in an underground secure garage. All in all, this is a very stylish holiday apartment that would suit a couple or small family, looking for quality accommodation with amazing sea views.

Apto ideal para 2 personas, limpio y bien equipado. Su situación es excelente a 1,5 Km del centro de Estepona puedes hacer todos los desplazamientos andando. El transporte urbano escasea pero los taxis (radio) abundan y no son caros. En un 6º piso es silencioso y posee un plaza de garaje desde la que se accede directamente por ascensor al Apto. Tambien es un plus la piscina del complejo.Sólo una objección, dedicar un poco más al mantenimiento de la equipación ya que el frigorífico enfria muy poco y nos hemos tenido que servir del congelador patra enfriar un poco más las bebidas. O disponer de algunas cosas útiles que no suponen un gasto considerable como rollo de papel cocina o pinzas para colgar la ropa serían bienvenidas

Nice apartment for 2 adults.

Wonderful view from the balcony, but the furnitures was terrible. Time to change. The frigerator didn’t keep cold.

Trevlig lägenhet med solig balkong

Bra läge med närhet till flera resturanger och matbutiker.Balkong med härlig havsutsikt, med sol från morgon till eftermiddagen. Tyst och lugnt i huset. Saknade: fler lakan så man kunde byta sängkläder, när man stannar längre än en vecka. Även handdukar hade varit önskvärt att byta. Viss avloppslukten från badrummet.

Apartamento ideal para um casal, bem localizado, perto da praia e da zona de restaurantes e bares. Tem um excelente colchão, muito confortável, raro de encontrar em casas de férias. Tem uma excelente varanda para uns finais de tarde e noites bastante agradáveis. Tem ar condicionado. Um bom estacionamento com espaço para uma carrinha e espaço para manobras. Pontos a melhorar, pouca loiça, faltam umas chávenas pequenas para o café. Experiência muito agradável, a repetir.
