Bright, 2 bedroom penthouse in quiet surroundings yet ideally located between the Old Town and Port and a 2 minute walk to the promenade and beach. A car is not necessary.
South/southwest-facing terrace with spectacular views across to North Africa and Gibraltar. Sleeps 2 to 3.
Modern, comfortable furniture, quality beds and mattresses, fully equipped kitchen with oven, full bath with shower, centralised air-conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing, 43" smart TV, DVD player, free fibre optic/WiFi & secure underground parking. Towels & bed linen are also provided.
The secure gated complex has a large saltwater swimming pool & paddle pool set within beautiful communal gardens.
The beach promenade and new pedestrianised Boulevard are a few metres from the main entrance of the complex. The rear entrance leads to a park and a pedestrianised walkway which also goes down to the town centre. Restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets are all right on your doorstep.

The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between stays.

Great place
The apartment was great — and the best part is the spectacular 180 degree view from the terrace, and seeing the water from the living room. Sunrise was beautiful. There was excellent communication with the owner (Diana), especially when she had to warn us, as we were on our way there by bus, that the elevator had broken down. Since we couldn’t possibly lug our heavy suitcases up seven flights (we were in Europe for over two months, so not just little carry-ons!) she and Esme, who met us at the apartment, quickly found two young guys they knew to carry them up for us. Even though the elevator was out for a few days, longer than expected, Diana and Esme were so apologetic — but heavens, it wasn’t their fault! It's how they dealt with it so well that’s important. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, and they even started us off very conveniently with some basic staples in the fridge. We didn’t have a car, but everything is so walkable, which is the fun part of being there. We liked the location being close enough for an easy walk to the port and all its restaurants, as well as the beautiful walk the other way along the boardwalk to beachside cafés and the charming historic downtown. We loved Estepona and the apartment suited our needs very well!

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist super und war komplett eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns mit Kleinkind sehr angenehm. Die Wohnanlagen war sehr gepflegt und der Pool war super.

Why they chose this property

Estepona is a fishing village that has grown into one of the most popular and eco friendly resorts on the Costa del Sol, yet still manages to retain its authentic Spanish character.
Located at the foothills of the Sierra Bermeja mountain range, it has an iconic old town adorned with hundreds of colourful flowerpots, pedestrianised streets and boulevards, fishing port, marina, and miles of glorious sandy beaches and boardwalks. Local amenities include museums, shops, orchidarium, street markets, supermarkets, a wide selection of tapas bars and international restaurants, beach promenade, beach bars & many seasonal events, concerts and festivals.
Málaga & Gibraltar airports are under an hour's drive away. Sotogrande and Marbella are less than half an hour by car. There are many wonderful places to visit for the day including Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, Ronda or the nearby Andalusian "White Villages". You can even take a day trip to Morocco.
