Sea Cottages - 5: The Cozy Seacottage

This traditional summerhouse is completely renovated with it's charm remaining.
It is rustic and has timber walls. This place feels like old style summer vacation but with all the modern facilities you need. It has a nice fireplace perfect for cozy evenings or in the wintertime. In the living room / dining room there is a sleeping couch for two persons and in the bedroom place for another two persons. On the veranda you can enjoy the sea glimpse over the Baltic sea over a nice barbecue, surrounded by pine and birch trees.
Perfect to enjoy the summer light and within short walking distance down to the Baltic Sea.

Jacuzzi, odd days, from 12 April (free of charge for bookings placed after 30 March).

Dirty and smelly cottage

This was one of our dirtiest and smelliest stays we have ever encountered. This is a worn-down cottage WITHOUT sea view. It was full of spiderwebs, dead spiders and thick dust. The toilet smelled miserably such that we left the cottage after one night. The owner never replied to our detailed complaints, and we are still struggeling with the owner to get our money back. The photos must be old and seem to be beautified; in any case, they do not depict the current status of the cottage.

Rustikal-ein Häuschen mit Charme und Potential

Die Lage des Häuschens ist gut. Zum Einkaufen, Angeln, Essen gehen etc. sind mit dem Auto circa 15 bis 20 Minuten Fahrzeit einzuplanen. Der Weg zum Meer bzw. zum Steg ist recht kurz (7Minuten Fußweg). Es ist ein faszinierender Blick auf die Schären und die Fähren, die in regelmäßigen Abständen vorbeifahren. Markus hat uns viele hilfreiche Informationen und Tipps bzgl. der Umgebung gegeben. Die Möglichkeit bei Markus Kajaks zu mieten war super. Das Häuschen selber ist "in die Jahre" gekimmen. Im Haus war alles funktionstüchtig und da (von wlan über Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, TV). Aussen stand ein Grill. Die Aussenanlage ist alt, teils marode aber nutzbar. Für Nachfragen hatte Markus ein offenes Ohr und zeigte sich bemüht.

Oud haveloos huis, dient echt gerenoveerd te worden.

Huis is in slechte conditie , alles is eigenlijk oud. Normaal buiten zitten is lastig ivm verrotten vlonders en overwoekerend onkruid. Daarnaast is er GEEN zeezicht, zoals in advertentie wordt beweerd, staan bomen voor. Met wat meer onderhoud en aandacht zal je er echt wel iets van kunnen maken, maar in deze staat, ons inziens, niet verhuurbaar voor dit geld.

Oorspronkelijke stuga met veel karakter

Voor moderne luxe moet je een ander verblijf zoeken. Dit houten vakantiehuis is echter van alle gemakken voorzien die je nodig hebt. Fantastisch gelegen in bosrijk gebied met meerdere recreatiewoningen vlak aan zee.
