Beautiful view and 150 m to fantastic swimming. A pleasant and functional house with large windows facing the wonderful view. Below the plot is the public swimming area with sandy beach, bathing rocks, lagoon, swimming raft. Enjoy peace and quiet and clean air. The house is well equipped with two bathrooms, a new fully tiled bathroom upstairs with wc, shower. The second bathroom is downstairs and is a bit older, tiled with shower and toilet. The upper floor of the house has an open floor plan and the entrance is on this floor. The kitchen is small but equipped with a ceramic hob, fan, microwave, convection oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hot and cold water. In the living room there is a day bed with two beds, wood stove for a cozy fire, sofa group with TV, DVD and radio and large dining table. Large terrace with awning, outdoor furniture and barbecue facing the sea. Downstairs consists of just one room and bathroom. The stairs down are narrow and have a low ceiling, there is a childproof gate in the stair opening. But in this room it is always cool and nice. Double bed 180 cm and a single bed. Air source heat pump for both heating and cooling. The plot is shared with the host, but it is far between the houses, the host's house is not visible and you are on your own. Own well with very good drinking quality of the water. It has happened that wells have sunk in the archipelago. We therefore kindly ask our tenants to be careful with water consumption with regard to access and the environment. Mobile coverage is good. High chair and travel cot are available in the cabin. Ljusterö has a lot to offer. At Ljusterö square there is a grocery store, pharmacy representative, system company and post office, restaurants, deli. In Linanäs there are two restaurants, a guest harbor and a grocery store on the pier. The steamer S/S Storskär also docks here on weekday evenings and also other Waxholm boats. In the north of Ljusterö/Östra Lagnö there is an incredibly beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age that face the outer parts of the archipelago. Close to Norrtälje, which is a wonderful summer town. Wira bruk is located near the ferry stop on the mainland. 18-hole golf course, a sports field with outdoor gym, tennis courts, paddle, boules. Certain boat lines with Waxholmsbolaget also depart from Åsättra jetty, including to Nässlingen, Husarö and Möja. You can go to the house by car or bus. The bus runs from Danderyd hospital to Ljusterö. There is a road ferry from the mainland to the island and it runs every 10 minutes in the summer, the crossing takes 10 minutes.
