Point at Poipu

We stayed in Building 6 which has been completely renovated. Our room and location were fantastic. The pool was wonderful. We love the Point at Poipu. Larry Lee was a great host.

Unbeatable location

This property is located right along the shore with a beautiful walking path along the ocean and an unparalleled view of the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night. I could not have been treated with more kindness or hospitality than offered by the Hilton Vacations staff. I was attending a conference at the Hyatt, an easy walk away and found the shops over there provided everything I needed to stock up my kitchen.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, our stay was great. The property has many amenities and easy access to the coast and beaches. We had one "hiccup" in that the listed 2-bedroom description we booked was different (fewer beds) than the unit the resort gave us. This was an unfortunate surprise to the unit owner who apologized, gave us a discount, and (I believe) corrected the Vrbo listing so it would not happen to others. I recommend this property.

The Point

The communication with Larry was excellent. We talked on the phone about the check in process and also the Covid restrictions that were in place. The condo was a nice corner unit with partial ocean view. Everything with the condo was as stated. Beautiful pool area with a bar and meals offered. The grounds are immaculate. It was a perfect home base for our vacation.
