Abbiamo trascorso una stupenda settimana. La location incredibile, mare bellissimo e la casa molto carina e con tutti i confort. Molto bella la terrazza. Il proprietario molto disponibile ha organizzato una gita in barca indimebticabile. Consigliatissimo.

Propiétaire sympa mais logement inconfortable

Nous avons été très déçus par le logement, inadapté pour la saison. Nous étions certes très enrhumés en arrivant, mais nous avons eu très froid dans le logement, qui était très humide. On n'avait le droit de mettre le chauffage qu'à certaines heures et l'eau chaude était quasiment inexistante, pendant à peine 5 minutes. Le lit était également très inconfortable, on ressentait tous les ressorts du matelas. Bref on a dû écourter notre séjour et partir 4 jours avant !

Very good

The place was very clean, beautiful, very nice terrace and Federico, helpfull. Please make sure to do the boat tour with Federico, you will see some amazing places, and beaches. i like to fact, that the beach, was never with a lots of people, and we had some room to play our games on the beach. also the restaurant is a good place to eat, and have some coffee in the afternoon........

beauty full stay in sardinia

this was a great place to stay, and i would come back in a heart beat, but the distance is to far coming from Colorado. the water is amazing, and and the scenery is breath taking...... i am glad i had the AC in my unit, because it was already hot in June...... thanks to Federico, and his Dad, very friendly......... please take the tour on Federicos boat, you will love it....... Ciao

OLTRE LE ASPETTATIVE, OTTIMA CASA

Non è la prima volta che affittiamo case vacanza, in questa occasione abbiamo effettuato una scelta eccellente. Io e la mia famiglia siamo molto soddisfatti di tutto, dall' appartamento molto bello, con una bella terrazza vista mare, ben arredato, vicino alle spiagge. Il posto è da sogno, mare e spiagge bellissime. Il residence ci è piaciuto molto. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato vivamente.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Alles super erklärt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Der Strand ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Auch andere Strände in der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Im Oktober war allerdings nicht mehr viel los. Der Supermarkt und die meisten Restaurants in der Umgebung waren schon geschlossen. Wer aber die Ruhe geniessen möchte, ist hier richtig. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt Olbia, wo ein bisschen mehr läuft. Danke Federico für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Anlage

Schöne, saubere sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung (Ende September) mit großer Terrasse in einer gepflegten Anlage. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung etwas ungemütlich da nur ein Schlafsofa als unbequeme Sitzgelegenheit dient. Küche mit Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Spüle und Gasherd. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und eine Pfanne - ausreichend für's Frühstück und einfache Gerichte - ist vorhanden. Italienische Espressokanne die auch für Kaffee benutzt werden kann gehört zur Ausstattung (nur eine Tasse nach der anderen, geht auf dem Gasherd aber recht zügig). Das Bad ist mit Waschbecken, Toilette kleiner Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet (Hand - und Duschtücher sind vorhanden). TV nur mit italienischem Programm, benötigt haben wir den nicht, es gibt ein paar Musiksender die wir uns zum Frühstück und abends beim Sitzen auf der Terrasse angehört haben (man muss ne Weile suchen um für seinen Geschack was zu finden - ein Radio wäre nicht schlecht). Ein Supermarkt für die nötigen Einkäufe ist in 150 - 200 Meter Entfernung, eine großes Einkaufszentrum mit riesiger Auswahl und etwas günstigeren Preisen gibt es kurz vor Olbia (ca. 10km mit dem Auto). Federico und sein Vater sind sehr freundlich, die Übergabe und am Ende die Abnahme hat einwandfrei geklappt, wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Extra zu bezahlen sind bei der Übergabe noch Endreinigungskosten was aber OK ist. Zur Anlage gehört auch ein schöner Strand der in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen ist. WiFi gibt es nur im Bereich des Restaurants. Eine Vielzahl an freien Parkplätzen sind vorhanden. Wir würden hier gerne nochmals einen Urlaub verbringen und können das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Sopra le aspettative!

La casa è immersa in un contesto residenziale, in cui di certo non mancano servizi quali ristoranti, mini market, tabaccheria ecc.. Inoltre il titolare dell'appartamento è estremamente preciso e gentile! Lo consiglio caldamente sia a famiglie che a ragazzi!

Rispecchia esattamente quanto descritto; immobile tenuto alla perfezione curato nei minimi particolari e proprietario serio , preciso e molto disponibile. Lo consiglierei sicuramente ad un amico purché non mi rubi la settimana di affitto a me visto che ci voglio tornare... Il proprietario oltretutto organizza ottime escursioni in barca per tutta la famiglia. Lo consiglio!!!!!!!

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung an Traumstränden

Schöne Ferienwohnung. In direkter Nähe fussläufig zu zwei schönen Strandbuchten gelegen. Die Wohnanlage hat alles was man braucht : Supermarkt, Cafe Restaurant, Swimminpool. Die Wohnung ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern perfekt. Der Kontakt mit Federico und seinem Vater war sehr nett, alles hat einwandfrei geklappt. Das Highlight war die Bootstour mit Federico, ein halber Tag war zu kurz. Wir würden wieder dort hin fahren.

Splendida vacanza

Una splendida vacanza in tutto. Luoghi bellissimi, la casa splendida e la terrazza vista mare mare molto apprezzata da noi per il relax. Il mare eccezionale, la cortesia e puntualità del proprietario eccellenti. Facile da raggiungere da una Olbia in 20 minuti circa. Il villaggio mi lot bello e ben curato con giardini e molti fiori. Vacanza ideale anche per bambini.

Bellissima vacanza

Con la mia famiglia abbiamo deciso una vacanza in Sardegna, e da alcuni amici avevamo sentito parlare bene del Golfo di Marinella. Ed è stata veramente una bella vacanza in tutto. La casa molto bella, pulita comoda e tranquilla. Una bella terrazza grande molto rifinita con una bella vista sul mare. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Ottima la gentilezza del proprietario, che organizza anche escursioni in barca e ci ha portato in spiagge meravigliose. Il villaggio e' molto bello, curato e con molto verde. Una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto, tra le tante, il comodo accesso anche con la macchina vicino alla casa, che ci permetteva comodamente di caricare e scaricare i bagagli. Di sera c'è musica nella zona del ristorante, dove abbiamo mangiato 2 volte molto bene. Consiglio veramente questa struttura, ci torneremo.
