ENCHANTING and FRESH PANORAMIC HOUSE with a view of the island of TAVOLARA

Located on the hill of Porto San Paolo the CASA enjoys an enchanting view on the island of Tavolara and on Capo Ceraso both from the veranda and from inside the house. .Immersa in the surrounding greenery has a large veranda with garden for exclusive use and a private parking space. Ideal for a quiet and fresh holiday in complete geographical ideal. It is served by a private road that ends in front of the house and therefore there is no car transit.
It is possible to have lunch on the veranda enjoying the view or take a shower in the garden. Inside there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a table for 5 people, the TV and the kitchen area complete with everything you need for cooking. The bedroom has a window, a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a window. Finally there is a warehouse where you can store items and a laundry area.

The Bouganvillea holiday house is a large two-room apartment, about 60 square meters, with a veranda and a garden for exclusive use. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, a double living room with a cooking area, a bathroom with a shower and a storage room. Outside the veranda and the garden with shower. Complete the unit a private covered parking space, laundry and a barbecue. The breathtaking view is enjoyable everywhere, from the inside and from the outside.

Beautiful views

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this apartment. The patio has a great view of the island Tavolara. Shops and restaurants a close by But the apartment is quiet.

Es war wunderschön und genau was wir gesucht haben! Erholung pur und nach Porto San Paolo nur ein Katzensprung! Die schönsten Buchten liegen nicht weit und man kann viele davon entdecken. Der Vermieter hat uns gleich zu Beginn Tipps gegeben und war immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit hier

Tolle Ferienunterkunft mit grandiosem Panorama

Die Ferienunterkunft ist modern und zugleich landestypisch gestaltet und hat einen fantastischen Panoramablick. Die Lage ist ruhig etwas abgelegen und dennoch nahe des Ortes mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nicht weit zum Strand und Hafen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Was für eine Aussicht!!!

Raffaele ist ein netter, entspannter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist nicht optimal ausgestattet, aber vollkommen ausreichend für den Urlaub. Das Bad ist relativ neu und wirklich sehr schön. Am besten allerdings die Aussicht. Man bekommt morgens bereits ein tolles Gefühl und so ist es auch abends. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Zudem fanden wir Porto San Paolo eine sehr schöne, kleine Stadt. Immer wieder gerne 😊

Magnifique vue sur l'ile de Tavolara

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances avec tous les jours une magnifique vue sur l'ile de Tavolara. Le logement est très bien placé en hauteur. Mi chemin entre l'archipel de Maddalena et le golfe d'Orosei que nous avons visités. Bien accueillis à notre arrivée par les personnes qui s'occupent du logement. Raffaele le propriétaire est très disponible et très sympathique.

Io e mio marito ci siamo sentiti a casa con un panorama mozzafiato! La casa è spaziosa,confortevole e funzionale. L'area esterna perfetta per i pasti o semplicemente per godersi le stelle. Ringrazio il sig Raffaele per le dritte sulle spiagge da scoprire e anche il sig Leonardo per l'accoglienza.

Dream Vacation

Great view to Tavolara Island. Is the best way to wake up! The house is very comfortable and cozy with all we needed. Rafaelle is very nice and helpfull. Lives upstairs with his family. We definitively recommend.

El apartamento Bougamvilea forma parte de una edificación compuesta de dos apartamentos y la vivienda del dueño y su familia. El apartamento es confortable, amplio, dispone de todo lo necesario y goza de unas impresionantes vistas a la Isla Tavolara. Se corresponde con las fotografías que se muestran en la web. Raffaele, el dueño de la finca que vive junto a su familia y su perro en la parte superior del inmueble , es muy agradable y os facilitará toda la información de la zona que necesitéis.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Wohnung Bouganvillea verbracht. Eine schöne, einfach eingerichtete Wohnung mit super Terrasse (Tisch, Liegestühle, Außendusche) und einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Tavolara. Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, war aber auch nicht nötig, da das Haus in den Hang gebaut ist und somit war die Wohnung immer schön kühl. Für den Winter allerdings nicht empfehlenswert. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr nett und geben hilfreiche Tipps (Strände, Restaurants, Preise für diverse Aktivitäten etc), wenn gewünscht. Vielen Dank nochmal an Raffaele und seine Familie. Wer eine schöne preiswerte Wohnung in toller Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Quanta nostalgia...

Appartamentino piccolo ma molto curato, pulito ed accogliente. Posizione meravigliosamente unica, sulla collinetta di Porto San Paolo, fatta di casette molto curate...proprio come quella di Raffaele e Giulia. La terrazzina ci ha regalato colazioni suggestive e rilassanti...un piccolo angolo di paradiso! L'accoglienza di Raffaele e Giulia è stata favolosa: bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e dei grandi sorrisi...tutto ciò che cercavamo era lì! Abbiamo lasciato il tutto con molta nostalgia, ma quando torneremo in Sardegna, in quella zona, sicuramente torneremo in questo delizioso bilocale! Grazie di tutto! E arrivederci ;)

"La casa è situata appena fuori da Porto San Paolo su una splendida collinetta dove soffia un venticello davvero gradevole, è tenuta benissimo,molto grande e ha una vista sull''isola di tavolara fantastica(cenare in giardino alla sera è stupendo).La zona è tranquillissima, la posizione perfetta per visitare tutte le spiaggie e i paesi più belli e i proprietari, Giulia e Raffaele, sono persone davvero fantastiche, non se ne trovano tutti i giorni di persone così oneste e disponibili.Per chi volesse trascorrere una vera vacanza da sogno in sardegna consiglio proprio questo appartamento. "Du bonheur! Giulia et Raffaele sont adorables, ils nous ont accueillis à bras ouverts. Nous avons profité de la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Le jardin de Raffaele vaut également le détour.
