A beautiful garden planted and furnished, welcomes guests for a relaxing stay, close to the historic center of the town not far from Lake Iseo. The apartment consists of a large and bright living room with sofas, a TV corner and a large open kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and dishes and a dining area. The sleeping area consists of two large double bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom with tub and shower.
Ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by bicycle to visit Franciacorta, its cellars, the natruarle park of Torbiere del Sebino, the countries of the Lake Iseo and Monte Isola.

Pure Erholung

Das Casa del Mandorlo ist ein schöner Ort zum entspannen. Mit 4 Erwachsenen ist genügend Platz sich dort gemütlich aufzuhalten, vor allem in dem schön von 4 Bäumen beschatteten Garten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Gewürze und sogar Kaffee war vorhanden. Frau Peroni war sehr freundlich, leider konnten wir uns nicht gut verständigen, da wir kein italienisch sprechen. Sie war sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen. Zum Iseosee empfiehlt sich das Auto, da die Straße sehr stark befahren ist. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Vorort, wie auch eine Trattoria, Eisdiele und das schöne Café Easy. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wurden freunlich empfangen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt; zum Bäcker, Fleischer und Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Parken ist kein Problem. Wir würden gern wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet mit Ein- oder kleineren Mehrfamilienhäusern, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Ideal um am Iseosee baden zu gehen oder auch einen Stadtbummel in Brescia zu unternehmen. Alles ist innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war wegen fehlender Sprachkenntnisse etwas holprig, die Vermieterin war aber sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Geräumige Wohnung mit Terrasse und PKW-Stellplatz

Zugegeben, zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung waren wir skeptisch, weil wir uns anhand der Fotos nicht so recht ein Bild von der Unterkunft machen konnten. Umso angenehmer überrascht waren wir dann vor Ort. Die Wohnung, zu der ein Garten (mit Wiese und 4 Bäumen) gehört, liegt im Erdgeschoss einer großen Doppelhaushälfte. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang, einen abgeschlossen Stellplatz, und ein Wasch- / Gerätehaus. Von den Nachbarn, die quasi über einem wohnen, bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit - wir haben sie während unseres 13-tägigen Aufenthaltes vielleicht 4x gesehen und sie sind ausgesprochen nett. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll, funktionell und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und offener Küche, sowie einem Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, WC und Bidet. In der Küche ist ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es einen Gasherd und einen Geschirrspüler, sowie eine große Kühlschrank / Gefrierkombi. Zu den Mahlzeiten haben wir uns meistens den Tisch aus dem Essbereich in den Garten gestellt und diese unter den Mandelbäumen genossen. Im Ort, fußläufig, gibt es einen Bäcker, 2 Lebensmittelgeschäfte, einen Fleischer und diverse Restaurants. Nur ca. 4 km entfernt, gibt es in Iseo deutlich mehr Geschäfte u.a. auch zwei Discounter, die täglich geöffnet haben. Rundum lässt sich sagen, dass wir eigentlich nichts vermisst haben und unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen haben.
