Apartment Sorrento Sunrise

This is the first time we have been addressed that knifes for meat, cheese and bread where needed. Ordinary knifes are present in the apartment. If necessary It would have been appreciated to ask us and we would have purchased them for the guests, defintly not expected customers to pay for them, not knowing any of this, It has been their choice to spend €45 for them. Boiler for hot water in the house does work with the presence in the kitchen of two gas tanks. When the first time there was an issue with It It wasnt the gas finished in the tanks but a pressure and pieces to be replaced, which immediatly when the guest informed us the owner with a plummer went to the property on the same day at 9.30pm as the owner finished work. It Is pointless having pieces in the house if there Is no one that knows how to replace them, such as also when the tanks finish even if we left another tank in the house there still be someone that would have to replace It and this Is something that we do not expect customers to do. So we send someone Always to replace them both at a time when finished. This Is something we explained at check in and of course within 23 days of stay this would have happened. The gas finished on Saturday night, Sunday replaced and Monday was the end of the customers stay, check out. Also, during weekends, like It happened with the guests, the gas Company Is closed, so the owner managed to replace It the morning after even if closed. Finally, the owner offered a free cleaning of the property during their stay as this would have allowed not only the cleaner to clean the property for them but also check If everything was alright and like check gas tanks or other things. Guests refused the cleaning. We also would like to address the fact that when owner went to the property on that night She noticed that a part from the two guests that booked for the reservation there were another two people not authorised to be there. We where not informed, guests were not registered which Is illigal for safety issues. This was never mentioned to the guests as the owner did not want to disturb the guests. We believe this review has been really unfair towards us and the property. We have never had feedback on the noise of the property nearby that does events as if this was the case the same neighbours would complaint. Customers like this with lack of communication and negative prospective, as only negative things have been mentioned, are not welcome back.
