Howelsen Place B211 is a modern, luxury condo located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs. It is an easy walk to notable restaurants, galleries, shops and entertainment. The Yampa River is only 1/2 block away and the seven mile long Core Trail that follows the river is the perfect place to walk, bike or run.

This modern condo offers a spacious floor plan, gas fireplace, modern kitchen and a large King Primary Suite, stocked with luxury linens and boasts a large ensuite bathroom. There's also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for overflow guests and a powder room for everyone to enjoy. From the colorful living room, you can walk out onto an open patio area with a fire pit, plenty of comfortable seating and gorgeous views of the Yampa Valley. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail, prepare your favorite meal on the outdoor grill and take-in the spectacular sunset views. Howelsen Hill is in walking distance and the perfect place to enjoy everything downtown Steamboat has to offer.

Neat Feat: There is no better place to enjoy the downtown happenings. From Winter Carnival in February to 4th of July fireworks, you can have a front row seat to it all from your patio, or be just steps away from the action.

Great Place to Stay
The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great in downtown Steamboat, easy walking to restaurants and shops and close to the shuttle stop. Really convenient to have use of the locker at the base of the mountain.We would definitely stay again.

Great Condo!
The property was very clean, well appointed, and in a great location. The communication by the management company was outstanding. Family room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen was nice, bed was very comfortable, and corner unit with the adjacent deck was nice. Could use a bigger TV in the Family room, but it was sufficient.
