Host was Welcoming and attentive. Property needs some updating and repairs. Hot tub was not operating, some plugs in bedroom did not hold plugs, toaster was not operating properly and they could update the cooking and eating wares.Otherwise, good ski in/out location near the slopes

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is comfortable enough for a family of 5 to spread out. Close to gondola and practically ski in/out. Would definitely stay again.

Steamboat Ski In and Ski Out at a Great Price

Perfect location at a great price for our ski trip. The slopes were just a walk outside our door. The condo provided enough space for 6 adults and 1 child.

Ski trip to Steamboat Springs!

The location of the property is amazing, truly ski-in, ski-out. The bed layout of the rooms were a little unorthodox but still comfortably slept 8 adults. There were plenty of kitchen utensils that were used extensively for quick lunches between ski seshes. Definitely would stay here again for our next ski trip.

The location can’t be beat… the condo itself is a little dated but everything worked and the beds were comfortable. Loved the real wood fireplace!! One downside, there is no laundry - only a coin operated one in the building. This is a typical ski condo… furnished for ruggedness and function and not for the cover of a magazine. Small drawback… standard def TV channels and a VCR (!) No streaming on the TV unless you bring your own device and a HDMI cable. Not a huge deal but one to be aware of.

Property Manager is Awful!

There were issues with the property (cleanliness, access, broken hot tub), which alone were not a big deal. However, I had to follow up multiple times each day to get issues resolved. I was promised a refund by staff and told the manager would follow up with me. It has been weeks and I cannot get the manager to return calls or email. Retreatia just wants your money.

Good location

The property is literally under the Steamboat Gondola. You can literally walk through the parking lot down the slope to get to the base. Two complaints. First, I could hear the snowcats grooming the trails from 2 am until dawn. It sounded like a beeping garbage truck was backing up beneath my window all night long. I had to find ear plugs and turn on a box fan for white noise. Second, the key pad lock on the front door broke one afternoon. Luckily, Retreatia answered our phone call and sent someone to fix it that evening, but we spent all afternoon and evening in a restaurant waiting for it to get finished. No offer to compensate us for the inconvenience from the owner or property manager either. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Nicely convenient location. Weird layout...dated and worn....sleeping capacity overstated....was barely manageable for 6 men....already located better value...larger newer space ski in ski out for less money for our 2023 trip....

Great location

Loved our stay in this unit. Location was perfect within Steamboat. Check in and check out process were both smooth, especially as we were late arrivals. Unit itself was clean, had plenty of space and even has a VHS player.

Great location!

The check in process was not great. Our envelope with our check in information had another person’s name on it. If the lady wouldn’t have still been there to help, we would have had no idea which enciphered and key code was ours.
