It's the ideal accommodation for families looking to relax and enjoy a garden and a rarely crowded communal pool. Furthermore, it is located just 700 meters from the beach and the town center. Layout: Common area: Bright living-dining room with open-plan kitchen and access to a pleasant private terrace. Bedroom 1: Comfortable double bed (150 x 190 cm). Bedroom 2: Perfect for children, equipped with a bunk bed and an extra bed (three single beds, 80 x 190 cm). Bathroom: One full bathroom. Important information: Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per day (over 16 years old). Security deposit: Credit card details or a €250 cash deposit are required, which will be refunded 3 days after departure. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Come and discover L'Escala!
