Private car park, allocated for 1 car. No smoking.. Just 100 yards from the golden sands of Fistral Beach, this ground floor apartment has it all. Perfect for your fun-filled family break away by the sea, it makes an ideal base for you to return to after a great day out. Enter into the cosy open plan living space, the perfect spot for you to relax together whilst the designated chef explores the well-equipped kitchen area and cooks up a tasty treat. In the evenings why not unwind with a film or challenge each other to a game of cards around the dining table.

When night falls two cosy bedrooms await, along with a sofa bed in the living area offering you the choice of where to sleep. This welcoming home from home also offers good levels of comfort with en suite facilities in the master bedroom and an additional bathroom. In the morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the balcony and admire the beautiful sea views out over Fistral Beach located just a hop, skip and a jump away!

Great location for Fistral beach, approx.

Great location for Fistral beach, approx. 5 mins walk. About 15-20 minute walk to Newquay harbour/shopping/bar area. Secure safe parking with dedicated parking bay (good size) TV with Netflix and DVD player. Would recommend.
