Lovely property, in a quiet area. Felt safe and well kept. The pool is a lovely size and the gardens are wonderful, with fruit trees and plush grass.You definitely need a car whilst here, as there isn’t much in walking distance, however that added to the calm charm of the area.

Gorgeous property..well kept.. great for families especially if you have small children with you. Everything you need In the property. Great communication with the owners when we had a small with the pool, dealt with immediately. Will definitely be back next year!

Portugal family getaway

My husband and 3 adult children stayed here for 4 days while in the Algarve. The property was nice and a good central location to everything we wanted to see (by car). The host was very responsive and lovely to deal with. We had a wonderful experience!

Amazing villa to better your Albufeira holiday!!

Nothing bad to stay about this villa or the host. We had an amazing time and the host went above and beyond for us.. with not your everyday requests! The villa was even better than the pictures give it credit for, you won’t be disappointed staying here😊 Villa is only roughly a 7 minute uber journey from new town and old town, uber is really simple and great to use!

Lovely vacation in the Algarve

The perfect house for a vacation with family and friends. The property is perfect with all we need to enjoy a great time. The highlight was the spacious garden area, private parking and the amazing pool. Situated in a quiet location but still very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops (within a few minutes of a car driving we could reach Albufeira and Vilamoura). We really recommend this property and we hope to come back again.

Amazin villa

From start to beginning it was smooth sailing. Alice made herself available when needed. House was beautiful and super clean. Big space for the 4 people in our group. Location was perfect not far from centre or close to centre. Perfect vacation time! Will recommend to everyone.

The perfect villa!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this villa in Vale Navio. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and was perfectly clean. The pool and outdoor areas were brilliant and the garden got the sun all day. Would recommend a car to get to and from supermarket, but Uber worked brilliantly to and from the villa if you don’t want to hire a car. The Uber’s only ever took 3-4 minutes to arrive no matter the time of day and were also a very reasonable price. The perfect location to explore other areas of the Algarve. We had a couple of basic household issues when we were there but Alice resolved them straight away and nothing was too much trouble. Would love to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Brilliant Stay - Will definitely be back

The villa was everything that we wanted and more. The villa itself is very clean and well maintained with all that you need for your stay. The outside area and pool are absolutely perfect. As a family we've stayed at a number of villas and without doubt this is the best we have stayed at and felt some comfortable and at home. The location is perfect and a very short drive from Olhos de Aqua, 10 minute drive from Albufeira, 20 minutes from Vilamoura and 30 mins from the Benagil Caves. Alice the host is so friendly and helpful which made the stay even better - thanks Alice! Awesome holiday and will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Dream villa!!

I really can’t put into words how incredible our stay was. Me and me 5 friends stayed for 4 nights and we didn’t want to leave. The villa was immaculate upon arrival, beautiful bedrooms each with a door leading to the outside, and a large airy living area. Great location, we used Uber’s throughout the trip which was max €10 each way to get to and from the old town. Communication with the host was so easy, she provided her contact number before arrival so we could reach her if we had any problems. Best villa experience I have had to date, already looking at when we can return. Highly highly recommend!!

Fantastic villa in beautiful grounds

Our party of 8 adult family members had a very enjoyable stay. The villa was very clean and spacious which meant we never felt crowded. The villa was equipped with everything we could need . The garden and pool area are superb and we felt so comfortable and relaxed we didn’t want to leave! Ubers/Bolt were handy and reasonably priced for going out in the evenings when we preferred not to drive. In addition Alice was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions. We are all agreed that this is the best villa accommodation we have stayed in.Thank you Alice for creating such a welcoming and peaceful space. Just what we needed.

Excellent property. Wished we could stay here longer

The property was absolutely amazing. It was way better than what we expected. Property was very clean. Amazing landscape and pool. Very well manicured with great garden and excellent setup. Rooms were spacious. Accommodated 8 of us easily. everyone had their own beds and beds were very comfortable. Next time we are planning to come to Algarve, we will rent this property for sure again and for much longer period of time so we can enjoy the property itself. Since we had very short time, we did not get to really enjoy the property (pools, garden, outdoor dining etc.) at all. I highly recommend renting this property. Hosts were very responsive and communication was very clear. Extremely pleased we rented this property.

British Family Summer Holiday

Exactly as described by the owner. A beautiful large villa with great internal and external space. Best Parts:The open plan living room / diner. Lovely large open space with a high ceiling.The kitchen is big and well equipped, but crucially has a huge fridge and separate large freezer, essential for a villa holiday. Large bedrooms all of similar size, (avoids children fighting over rooms), and the two en-suites combined with the third shared bathroom ideal. The area is also quiet and safe, with safe parking.Large pool and very well-maintained grounds. Although the area wont suit everybody, (if you're hoping to walk to a row of bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk away you'll be disappointed), by car you can be in the centre of Albufeira in just over 5 mins, and Vilamoura is about 15. Although we had a hire car, (we always do), in the days of Uber Taxis, I'm beginning to wonder if this is still essential. You can get an Uber to arrive at the Villa within 5-10 minutes to almost anywhere.Tips for people staying:If you google-map the local area there's a hotel called Balaia Atlântico, (easily walkable), with a gym called Be-Fit, which allow day and week passes. just ask at the reception.

Beautiful stay!

We stayed at Vale Navio for 4 nights. We are two families and really like spending time at this beautiful house. The layout is great for a group of 8. There is space for everyone to chill out, plenty of dishes, glasses etc. the AC in the bedrooms was perfect and much appreciated. The pool was a big highlight. The lounge chairs were also wonderful and comfortable. Location to the house is great. It was easy to zip out to beaches and groceries stores from the location. The only area I would recommend improvement are the pillows in each bedroom. They are very flat and uncomfortable. The mattresses were lumpy and firm. (Especially the queen and king beds) Not the most comfortable sleep. Important note: dish/laundry tabs as well as shampoo and conditioner are not included in the rental. You are only supplied an initial amount of toilet paper (!!!) and rubbish bin bags. After that, you need to buy your own.

Die Villa entsprach unseren vollstes Erwartungen. Für 6 Erwachsene hervorragend geeignet. Sehr schön gepflegter Garten. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber klappte hervorragend. Konnten sogar früher Einchecken. Küchenausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Haben uns sehr über das Willkommensgruß gefreut. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Ruhige Traumvilla mit allem Komfort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Anlage war gepflegt, die Zimmer angenehm klimatisiert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Privatsphäre und die ruhige Umgebung – perfekt zum Entspannen. Als Willkommensgruß gab es sogar ein kleines Präsent, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Der Pool hätte gelegentlich etwas sauberer sein können, aber insgesamt hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé 5 jours à la villa. Nous étions 2 soeurs et 1 frère avec notre père de 78 ans. Nous avions chacun notre chambre, notre espace tout en partageant du bon temps ensemble. La piscine et l’extérieur sont magnifiques. Une table pour manger à l’ombre dehors, c’est parfait pour juillet. Tout est à proximité avec une voiture: épiceries, restaurants, plages mais nous sommes avec la villa en dehors des rues très achalandées du centre ville. Tout était parfait, merci Alice pour le bon service!
