Villa Praia is a modern and elegant villa, perfect for those seeking comfort, privacy, and a privileged location in São Rafael, just a few steps from the beach. With spacious interiors and a welcoming atmosphere, it is ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends.



The living room is spacious and bright, featuring comfortable sofas, a dining area, and windows that offer a stunning sea view. On the ground floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, both with twin beds that can be converted into double beds. On the first floor, there are two additional en-suite bedrooms, also flexible in layout, with access to terraces that provide magnificent sea views.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the convenience for those who enjoy cooking at home.

Outside, the terrace includes a private heated pool (additional cost), perfect for relaxing under the sun. There is also a barbecue area with outdoor dining space and a jacuzzi (additional cost) inviting you to moments of pure relaxation.



Located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from São Rafael Beach, this villa is only a 5-minute drive from the center of Albufeira, close to bars, restaurants, and golf courses.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Amazing Stay Near the Beach

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Praia. The villa was modern, spacious and very comfortable for our group. The sea views from the terrace were absolutely beautiful and the pool and outdoor dining area were perfect for relaxing. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. We also booked a boat tour through the company, which was a highlight of our holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Praia. The villa was bright, stylish and very comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone. Wonderful family holiday

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful Villa Praia. The villa has a great view over the sea and is only a few minutes away from a beautiful beach. We were with 4 adults and 4 young children. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were both very much enjoyed by our kids. We also went to the restaurant just across the street several times, which was great a asset to our vacation. São Rafael is a quiet place and we really enjoyed the rest, while only being a few minutes away from Albufeira. We can definitely recommend it to anyone.

Ultra modern with all necessary amenities. Location is 2 mins walk from beach and a 10 min ride to Old Town. Having stopped in a variety of Villas near Albufeira each year for past 12 years, this is the best of the lot. Will definitely return!

The location was perfect, 5 min walk to a gorgeous beach, and an excellent restaurant right across the street. The house was perfect. Beautiful villa and location

We stayed here with our 20 year old daughter and her boyfriend and our 18 year old son and his girlfriend. It was perfect! quiet location a 3 minute walk for the beach, and only 10 minutes in an Uber for the young ones to go out and enjoy the nightlife in old town or the strip. Villa was modern, clean and spacious. Would recommend :)

Clean but Basic

The house was easy to find, clean, but overall a disappointing stay. Beautiful views but a basic rental for the cost. The house was worn with cheap linens and furniture. Details missed like a broken hair dryer, drying rack and bathrooms in need of new cabinets and grout cleaning. The property management company will send many emails, insist on a welcome meeting, try to sell you tours and require you to use their system. The hot tub is more of a warm tub which they claimed was for our safety so we did not end up using it. We own a hot tub and have used many in Europe that actually get hot. We paid the listed amount, then the pool service came to shock it so we could not use for a day. We have stayed in better homes in the area and recommend that you do too.

L'emplacement est #1 très proche d'une plage magnifique. Par contre la villa est différente des photos. L'usure se fait sentir, meubles abimés, divan différent des photos, table et chaises de salle à dîner inconfortable, etc. L'intérieur de la maison est propre, le patio par contre aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage. Cette maison aurait besoin d'une remise à date et ne correspond pas au prix demandé. Piscine chauffé (267 euro\semaine) faire fonctionner le jacuzzi (207euro\semaine).

La villa est idéalement située rien à dire au top Par contre les images du site ne reflète pas exactement la réalité La piscine commence à être délabrée et nous n avons vu personne la nettoyer en 2 semaines ! le jacuzzi coûte 203 par semaine en plus la terrasse est très sale je pense qu’elle n est jamais nettoyée à fond La deco interieure c est zero toit est blanc c triste Les équipements cuisine et la décoration intérieures ne sont pas a la hauteur d’une villa tous les meubles ne sont plus du tout d actualité et minimalistesLa maison devait etre belle il y a 15 ans mais a besoin d une rénovation car elle devient has-been Malgré tout nous avons passés un super séjour grâce a l situation géographique

Die eine Couch hat leider gefehlt. Hier muss aufgrund der Anzahl der Personen nachgebessert werden. Auf den Fotos ist ein weiteres Couchelement und eine weiße Couch. Es fehlen Bilder. Es sind nur noch die hässlichen Klebereste etc. zu sehen. Es würde mittels Bilder etc. gemütlicher werden. Der Jacuzzi hat dann erst nach einer Woche die gewünschte Temperatur bekommen. Das Garagentor geht nach kurzer Zeit wieder automatisch zu, auch wenn gerade das Auto rausgefahren wird!

die Schlafzimmer waren zu klein, die Terasse sehr schön, der Blick sehr schön. Man musste einen ganzen Hausstand kaufen, Salz, Zucker Cafefilter Mülltüten, Toiletenpapier usw. Der Wischer war total verdreckt, der Besen total verdreckt, einfach scheußlich. Der Poolmen kam unangemeldet auf das Grundstück...Schön waren die vielen Handtücher.., sauber gemacht wurde in den 14 Tagen nicht.
