Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Calafell, this community stands out for its great location, as it is only a 2-minute walk from Calafell beach. In addition, the community has two swimming pools surrounded by natural grass, creating a very family-friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room, a separate kitchen, and the first bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bathtub. The living room and two of the bedrooms have air conditioning, while the remaining bedrooms have ceiling fans.

It is worth noting that this house has two terraces—one at the front, ideal for enjoying coffee in the morning, and another at the rear, with direct access and views of the complex's swimming pool and barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals under the shade of the awning on hot days.

La vivienda està muy bien equipada. Han realizado mejoras que han supuesto aumentar la calidad del confort. Las zonas verdes y las piscinas están muy bien cuidadas. Nos encontramos la casa limpia aunque las fundas de los sofás tuvimos que lavarlas. Si el año que viene no sube el precio, nos gustaría repetir. Un saludo.

Alojamiento cómodo para familias. Cerca de la playa y del pueblo con un jardín con piscina estupendo

El jardín con piscina nos encantó. Es muy cómodo para estar con niños. La casa está bien organizada, limpia y con mucho menaje. La terraza con salida a la piscina es un acierto. Nos hubiera gustado tener aire acondicionado en el salón aunque con el de las habitaciones nos apañamos. Yo pondría aire acondicionado en el salón.

Ce logement est très mais très bruyant alors qu on y était au mois d octobre -novembre j ose imaginer en plein mois d août Cumulus insuffisant pour 8 personnes (6 adultes et 2 enfants) De plus 2 chambres sont très bien, celle des lits superposés très bien pour des enfants et la dernière n est pas du tout adaptée pour des adultes. Le logement est très bien situé mais hormis cela nous avons été très déçu Trop vis à vis, de bruit on entend tout chez les voisins et non adapté pour 8 La propreté laissait a désire La propreté Pas adapté pour 8 personnes Le canapé et les couchages....
