My home is a Villa with 4 bedrooms and possibility 1 or 2 cots, 2 bathrooms and large living room, 2 terraces, garden furniture. Private pool 8 x 3. Sun all day. Close to beaches and wineries. Very quiet residential area. No smoke house. Currently, the tourist tax is €1 per person per day. If the government increases taxes on properties like this one, the tourist will be responsible for this tax, which must be paid at check-in.
