Villa immersed in the beautiful Salento countryside, equipped with every comfort, large fenced garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants with access through an automatic gate. Located between Gallipoli and S. Maria di Leuca, 800m from the Ionian Sea and 3km from the beautiful beaches of Torre S. John. It has 4 rooms with private access and bathroom, air conditioning, TV 40 ", large outdoor spaces (each room has an outdoor seating area, garden table and umbrella) where you can stay during the beautiful days and the wonderful summer evenings; / kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster), for those who wish to prepare breakfast and meals to be consumed in peace in the outdoor living areas. In the structure there are also barbecue, outdoor showers with hot water, washing machine and dryer. Parking inside the property.

It is the right solution for those looking for a quiet location and guarantor of their privacy, in the beautiful Salento countryside but in a strategic position to be able to easily reach the main towns of Salento, places of art and historical / cultural interest.

Near the hotel a beautiful bay full of fresh water springs, where you can swim in a beautiful natural setting and practice snorkeling.

Alles ist perfekt!

Vielen Dank an Silvano, der alle unsere Wünsche und Fragen sofort erledigt/beantwortet hat. Wasser und andere Kleinigkeiten standen schon bereit, als wir angekommen sind. Noch mal vielen lieben Dank dafür! 4 Zimmer mit separaten Eingängen waren super sauber. Gemeinsame Wohnzimmer gibt's nicht, nur eine kleine Küche, dafür riesen Aussenbereich. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, sehr ruhig. Geschäfte sind fußläufig nicht erreichbar, mit dem Auto braucht man 5-10 Minuten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

3 famiglie in tutto 12 ospiti. Ognuno con la propria camera e il proprio bagno e in più un locale living e cucina in comune Comodissima! I proprietari Maria Rosaria e Silvano fantastici e molto disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A 4 km dalle prime spiagge tutte molto belle! Siamo stati splendidamente 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
