Beautiful charming flat, very romantic, ancient residence of the owner's great-grandfather, Notary of Montepulciano. Recently wholly renovated, very quiet, in a very beautiful location: in the historic center of the town, but overlooking the city walls in a dominant position.
Two delightful, romantic bedrooms tastefully decorated, smartly furnished, both with hardwood floors, beautiful frescoed '800 ceilings, and a magnificent view to 180° over the entire Valdichiana and Trasimeno Lake.

NOTE: The house and the street below, for their highly scenographic characteristics , was used for shooting some scenes of the movie "NEW MOON" (sequel to "TWILIGHT") and, more recently, for shooting the TV-movie "MEDICI: MASTERS OF FLORENCE" with Dustin Hoffman and Richard Madden (almost entirely shot in Montepulciano and Pienza)

NOTE - Information about COVID-19: No Covid-19 positive guest has ever stayed in our apartment, and no cases of Covid-19 in the entire neighborhood.
As a further guarantee for our guests, the apartment has undergone sanitation treatment in compliance with the Health Ministry indication.
It has also been equipped with a small supply of protective masks and disinfectant gel.
