La Casa di Simone is a splendid 80sqm villa surrounded by a garden of 1400 square meters, immersed in the Syracusan countryside. The house is located a few km from the most famous beaches of Syracuse and 10 km from the historic center of Ortigia. Two bedrooms, a large living room / kitchen area and a large veranda allow guests more possibilities on where to make lunches and dinners. The large garden allows guests to enjoy maximum privacy and relaxation. Inside the possibility of being able to park your car freely. Everyone is welcome in this house: boys, families with their children and even your dogs.
