Perfect location close to the sea

Our stay was very good. We enjoyed sitting outside. The kitchen was well equipped. And the beds good as well. And our landlord always helpful in case of questions.

Dieser Urlaub war perfekt. Tolle Umgebung ein wunderschönes Haus, nur weinge Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Herr Magro ist ein super freundlicher Vermieter und immer da, wenn man ihn braucht.Jederzeit wieder.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT THIS PROPERTY

We booked this property 6/15/24 & were to stay 9/11/24 to 9/25/24. After traveling 22 hours to get there on 9/11 we were told by the host he had rented the villa to someone else for those dates but had a small 3rd floor apt. we could have. NOT A VILLA BY THE OCEAN. We never got any advance notice that we did not have the property we reserved and paid for. It was midnight and we had no where to go. WE had to stay in a motel miles away for 2 nights until we could find a property that was available. OUR VACATION WAS RUINED!!!

Schöner Urlaub

Anna und Aldo haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Im Haus haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Auf jeden Fall braucht man ein Auto. Der Strand ist 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Great holiday let

The house is spacious and comfortable, situated in a quiet but convenient area. Avola is 5 minutes away, the motorway linking Messina, Catania, Siracusa and Gela is also a few minutes drive from the house.A car is essential. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. If we had a problem they responded immediately. As for this area of Sicily there is lots to do. Beach lovers are well catered for and there are plenty of possibilities for hikers. The beautiful towns of Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa and Modica are within easy reach. We would certainly love to go back.

Magnifique villa sicilienne

Cette villa est un petit paradis… on se retrouve émergés au cœur de la Sicile dans le très beau village d’Avola avec la mer et ses calanques à 2 pas de la maison…le jardin de la maison est magnifique et le lieu est très calme et propice au repos….les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très serviables et magnifiquement sympathiques comme savent l’être les siciliens… cela a été aussi et bien entendu un voyage culinaire car on mange magnifiquement bien en Italie et plus précisément en Sicile où règne un super climat et où la terre est riche… poissons, pizzas, arancini, granita, pâtes etc… vos papilles s’en souviendront… merci encore Gesualdo… on reviendra dès que possible 😉

Great location for day trips, contact people are wonderful and very responsive. We were here over Christmas and they had decorated house for holiday. Highly recommend.

Forever In our Hearts

This Villa is comfortable and cozy with plenty of room and it is private . The hosts take great care of their place and have pride in offering it to others to enjoy. They are authentic, caring , warm people. They welcomed us with genuine hospitality . When we weren’t certain just where it was located, the host met us within minutes and guided us to his Villa. The orange trees are simply beautiful and we were welcomed to enjoy some. A real treat. We miss being there and hope to see this beautiful family of three …soon to be four, one day again.We highly recommend this Villa to you .

Très bon séjour en famille en Sicile

La maison est idéalement située, dispose d’un jardin dans lequel on peut se relaxer à l’ombre d’un palmier. Elles est proche des commerces et des belles plages de sable d’Avola (5 min en voiture). Elle permet de rayonner dans la Sicile baroque et de découvrir ses villes classées au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO (Syracuse, Noto, Modica, …) Cette région est magnifique et dispose de belles plages de sable fin notamment dans la réserve naturelle vendicari à proximité. Sans oublier l’Etna et Tormine (1 heure en voiture) Un grand merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses conseils. Je recommande cette location!

Très belle maison

La maison est spacieuse, très propre et rénovée avec goût. La literie est confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée. Nous avons spécialement apprécié l'extérieur, le jardin est très beau et très bien entretenu et la balancelle a fait le bonheur de toute la famille. La voiture peut également être garée à l'intérieur en toute sécurité. Le quartier est très calme. Plages, commerces et restaurants à 5/10min en voiture. Nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires malgré notre arrivée à l'improviste. La communication a été facile et agréable malgré que nous ne parlions pas italien.

Splendida vacanza

La villetta è molto confortevole, ottima sia per come è strutturata che per fornitura di accessori. I proprietari sono molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili. Il contesto geografico buono per visitare tutta la provincia di Siracusa. Il mare vicino è pulito con un' affascinante caletta di accesso al mare. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e torneremo sicuramente. Da consigliare !

Ottima abitazione,ben ristrutturata e con ampi spazzi,cortile inteno per parcheggiare l auto,bel giardino e frutteto curatissimo,abitazione fuori dal caos di Avolo ma nello stesso tempo a 10 minuti dal centro e 5 dal lungomare(in auto si intende).Simpatici e molto disponibili i locatari

super séjour !

La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable. C'est un excellent point de départ pour visiter toute la Sicile baroque et elle est à 5mn en voiture d'une belle plage. Aldo et Anna sont d'une très grande gentillesse et sont très disponibles. Ils sont de bon conseil pour les resto et les endroits à visiter. On vous conseille aussi de goûter à leurs tomates et à leurs produits !
