Large house of 100 square meters, equipped with double bedroom, small bedroom with a queen size bed, large living room with sofa and satellite TV, large kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Ideal for those who want to relax and spend a peaceful holiday. Ideal for those looking for a place away from chaos, for those who love nature, peace and tranquility. The house is not isolated, within the structure there are 4 other apartments, and also my family and I also live, so we guarantee total availability to our guests! Large outdoor green area with private parking, wifi only OUTDOOR with gazebo table and chairs, upon your arrival you will be given the password to connect to the internet.
HOUSE RULES: since there are other apartments in the structure, it is necessary to respect the night and afternoon rest times, thus guaranteeing mutual respect. We do not charge final cleaning costs but the house must be left in good condition

Guest access

The whole house will be available for those who book with total privacy! In addition, guests will have access to all the surrounding outdoor space such as a gazebo with table and chairs (the latter to be shared with all the other guests) where they can relax and connect to the internet outdoors.

Interaction with guests

I am personally available to my guests for the duration of their stay, if I were not there my parents will be there. I enjoy chatting with my guests and giving them useful advice on places and places to visit.

Other things to highlight

To stay at our facility, I advise guests to be self-driving, we are about a km and a half from the center of Peschici and the beach, easily reachable in a few minutes by car but on foot it could be difficult since there are ups and downs. Also I recommend the stay to true animal lovers :) because during your stay inside the structure (outdoors) to keep you company there will be two nice dogs, Birba and ball! They are used to and welcome guests, they are good, educated and they love to be pampered.
