Villa Erondas at Koutouloufari overlooking the Aegean Sea

Erondas Villa is situated at Koutouloufari village overlooking Chersonisos and the Aegean Sea. The house is organized in two levels. The upper is occupied by the hosts- at your disposal any time! The lower level is a 150sqm colorful, spacious and well equipped house with a nice yard surrounded by greenery. The pool offers countless hours of refreshment and relaxation. In general, the house is easy to access and child friendly. Chersonisos is just 10min walk and is full of bars and taverns!

The house took its name from the local herb Dittany or Dictamos or Erondas as it's called on the local dialect. The herb is used as a pain relief, especially of stomach aches and arthritis. It has been known for centuries and was used by the Minoans and ancient Greeks and Hippocrates taught its therapeutic benefits.

The house is located on a 2500sqm plot, surrounded by a garden full of flowers. At the back of the house there is a fruit, herbs and vegetable garden as well as a traditional wood oven. At the frond, there is the swimming pool with sunbeds and large umbrellas so you can spend countless refreshing hours enjoying the sun and the mesmerizing views of the Aegean Sea. Moreover, there is a barbecue by the pool at your disposal as well as an external shower and bathroom

The lower level is a 150sqm house, designed with care to make you feel at home. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen and living room overlook at a large shaded yard, surrounded by grass, which is ideal for children and adults during the hot hours of the day. Colorful and bright, the house has everything you need to become the base for the holidays that you have dreamed.
