Our holiday home, Salmons Leap, close to Sneem Village offers a cosy sitting room wth gas fire, TV and DVD player
The kitchen dining area is bright and all amenities needed for your holiday are in available to you in the well equipped kitchen. the dining table can seat up to 6 people

House layout
The sitting room, kitchen, utility room and sun room are all located on the ground floor.
A warm and relaxing sun room has an electric stove making it ideal to use all year around. leading from the dining area which leads outside to the outdoor patio area with garden furniture
All three bedrooms are upstairs
The master bedroom has a king size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed
The third bedroom has a double bed.

.The main bathroom is upstairs with a large walk-in shower.
Please note there is no bath in this house.

Ireland 2024 Hiking Trip

This property was perfect for our family. It was just a 2 min walk from shops, restaurants, and pubs, and located at the end of a culdasack, so it was very quiet. The house was very clean and spacious, and well fitted. Everyone in town were amazingly kind and friendly. We had an amazing time in Sneem and hiking the nearby mountains, conquering Carrountoonhil!!

Met every expectation

The property is well updated and comfortable. It is well located walking distance from almost everything you need in Sneem. The caretaker PJ quickly responded to all questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful House in the perfect location

Really lovely, spacious comfortable house 2 mins walk from Sneem Village. Beautifully sited bedside the river with amazing views of the mountains.House was spotless and very well maintained and PJ could not have been more helpful

Great holiday home. V clean. Rooms were decent size and bathrooms great too. Lovely location overlooking River. Short walk to sneem village which has plenty restaurants, pubs snd cafes and v nice walks beside the river and public gardens. No complaints whatsoever

Most enjoyable holiday

We had a wonderful family holiday in Sneem. The house was in a beautiful location beside the river and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in the village. Nearby beaches were fab, star gazing exceptional, all in all a really enjoyable holiday.

Great property in cute town

Exceptionally clean, new property on the Ring of Kerry in a cute little Irish village. Plenty of room for a family of 6, convenient to exploring the Ring of Kerry. The caretaker/property manager PJ was very responsive to getting us directions to the property and to providing information on traveling within the area and for the village of Sneem. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting this area.
