A typical Tuscan stone farmhouse divided on two floors: the ground floor historically used as a stable, cellar and grain store, while the first floor was inhabited by farmers who worked the fields and looked after the cattle. A magical place, where dedication, love and passion for this land are secular prerogatives still firmly rooted in our souls and in our lifestyles.

Today, Nicolò, born and raised within these walls, runs the family business. Through a combination of traditional agriculture and principles of environmental sustainability, 0 km production and total respect for biodiversity, Nicolò intends to give a new light to the company. His goal is to be able to cultivate products of the highest quality, maintaining the values and authenticity of Italian culinary traditions, always having great respect for nature. During your stay at Villa Fonteintanata, Nicolò would be very happy to serve you traditional Tuscan meals with a touch of innovation!

In the countryside we have a different concept of "space". 1 km divides us from the neighbor next door. Originating in Sardinia, the Delogus are important local producers of pecorino cheese. Taking a walk and coming home with fresh ricotta or pecorino is always a pleasure!
