It is located about 40 meters from the main building. 55 sqm, beautifully furnished in Tuscan style, with double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower and a large terrace of 20 sqm equipped with table, chairs, deck chairs and offers guests pleasant moments of relaxation in touch with nature with its Tuscan and unforgettable sunsets. The interior is rustic Tuscan style and fits in harmoniously with the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, dishwasher, espresso machine and American.

This holiday home with 5 independent flats in Chianti is located near the medieval village of Montaione (2 km), right within the heart of the Tuscan triangle created by Florence, Pisa and Siena.

Situated on the hills, the apartments enjoy a breathtaking view over the valleys, Val d’Elsa and Val d’Era, with their beautiful countryside slowly receding down towards the sea line. From the top of the hill guests can admire romantic sunsets.

The accommodations are immersed in the surrounding nature of the 5 hectares of estate with its olive groves, pine trees and a beautiful botanical garden full of plants and flowers, ideal for walking and for those wanting to remain in contact with nature, its scents and colours.
At guest’s disposal there are also a shared swimming pool (10x5 mt, open May-Oct, up to 2.30 mt deep, the ground is fenced for children safety), a children playground, table tennis, Wi-Fi, a Washing machine, and it is also possible to taste the delicious olive oil of the farmhouse.

Beautiful Location

This property is everything the listing states, it is charming, well kept and the location is secluded yet close enough to the village and other interesting locations to ensure your stay is everything you need/want it to be. We did have to purchase some kitchen items in order to cook some meals and the apartment could use a new coffee maker, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Un lieu enchanteur : grande propriété au milieu des oliviers. Une terrasse incroyable avec une vue tres dégagée sur la campagne environnante et des couchers de soleil magnifiques.Cette terrasse à l'ombre toute la journée permet de prendre tous ses repas à l'extérieur. La maison est bien équipée et fonctionnelle dans un style rustique. On a beaucoup apprécié la piscine (partagée à 5 familles) les jeux d'extérieur (table de ping pong/ balançoires etc et surtout le point de vue sous le chêne vert avec table d'orientation et table pour manger en exterieur. La machine à laver le linge est également partagée par les 5 familles. Cet endroit est idéalement situé pour visiter les principaux sites de Toscane mais aussi découvrir les villages alentour moins connus mais très charmants également. Nous avons en résumé passé un excellent séjour. Merci également aux hôtes pour l'accueil et la fabrication d'huile d'olive !!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette résidence. Notre maison était totalement indépendante avec une vue merveilleuse sur le paysage toscan.La communication avec Giuseppe a été facile, et l’accueil de Maris et son épouse a été tres agréable. La maison était très propre, et bien entretenue. Le domaine est magnifique, et la piscine bien agréable. Un seul défaut: il n’y a pas de climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Abstrichen in der Sauberkeit

Die Unterkunft ist schön in der toskanischen Landschaft gelegen. Die Auffahrt zur Wohnung ist vom Regen ausgewaschen. Wir waren leider von der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft enttäuscht: An einigen Stellen gab es Spinnweben, der Boden war bestenfalls grob gefegt. Die Spülmaschine hat uns mit einem sehr unangenehmen Geruch begrüßt. Leider war auch die Waschmaschine, auf die wir bei einer langen Reisezeit angewiesen waren, sehr dreckig. Die Wäsche kam mit vielen Rückständen und einem unangenehmen Geruch aus der Maschine. Wie bereits in einer vorigen Bewertung geschrieben, könnte die Kaffeemaschine ersetzt werden. Das Bad war hingegen sauber. Was wirklich hervorragend funktionierte war die Kommunikation einerseits über FeWo und andererseits auch direkt vor Ort mit den Gastgebern. Diese waren wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Panoramablick

Wir können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr freundliche unaufdringliche Vermieter. Betreuung vor Ort top. Das Haus ist im typischen, toskanischen Stil mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Das Beste ist der tolle Panoramablick über die Toskana, am Morgen, am Mittag und vorallem am Abend bei Sonnenuntergang. Die gesamte Anlage mit eingezäumten Pool, Spielplatz, Tischtennis, Grill... sehr gepflegt und für Urlaub mit Familie ideal geeignet. Jederzeit wieder.
