Dating back several centuries, our luxury gîtes are set in beautiful, secluded gardens around a large enclosed swimming pool, providing the perfect setting for couples, families or large group holidays.
On the ground floor of this gîte you'll find a well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and dining area all served with views of the surrounding countryside. Upstairs are two generous sized double bedrooms with adjoining bathroom and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with separate shower and bath. WC on ground floor.

The doors open out to a gorgeous, south-facing terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The terrace is covered with fragrant roses and trailing kiwi fruit plants, which provide ample shade from the sun. Next to the terrace is a sheltered outdoor kitchen, perfect for those long summer evenings.

Easy access to Carcassonne and Toulouse
Gîtes de Montcabirol is handily located a few minutes by car from Mirepoix. This lively, colourful town is truly enchanting with its central square surrounded by medieval houses, covered walkways, weekly market, numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Mirepoix also provides easy access to Foix, Pamiers, the Pyrénées and the fast roads to Carcassonne, Toulouse and the Mediterranean resorts of Narbonne and Beziers.
