Spectacular end unit at the Sonoran Sun Resort. This interior end unit offers up a balcony that curves around the condominium. Accessed through two different sliding doors, you will find a large dining table, a sofa, two chaise lounge chairs, and a sink along with two comfortable chairs.

The interior is recently redone in crisp grey and white tones. Large slate grey floor tiles give the condo a sophisticated look. A dark leather sofa and chair in the living room add comfort, along with the wall mounted TV, and entertainment center. The kitchen presents a large counter top with bar stools, a built in pantry and many cabinets. All appliances, cookware, and dinnerware are found here. An enclosed space contains a stacked washer and dryer.

The bedroom has comfortable bed, mirrored closet, dresser, and tv. You can access the bathroom from here, which has a separate shoer and vanity space. The shower is exceptional, glass enclosed with a pebbled floor. The vanity has a lighted ring, along with a custom sink on the vanity.
