Relax and gazing from your 6th floor (178 square ft) balcony over the blue-green Sea of Cortez located on the best beach in Rocky Point. When out and about take the time to relax in one of three pools giant pools including hot tub, swim-up bar and dining at the onsite restaurant. Condo is conveniently located near several nightclubs and restaurants of your choice.

Condo is one of two (2) separate condos that allow larger groups to stay in close proximity but also maintain privacy.

Amazing View!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely, spacious, and CLEAN condo. We had a wonderful couples massage and enjoyed eating at Emiliano's, both onsite. The gate check-in and keyless entry are definitely a plus.

Great View

Perfect view from balcony of sea and pool. I could hear the waves from the sea, but not the noise from the pool. The AC worked great. The place felt like home, not like a hotel. The decorations were cute. Everything was clean. Boris is an excellent host. It was great to check in at the gate and not have to go to the front desk. He had all the details and paperwork lined up and ready for check in and maintained communication beforehand. I liked having the PIN code to enter and exit the condo instead of having to keep track of keys. Highly recommend

Excellent facility and the check in procedure was the easiest and most efficient ever. TV was easy and had numerous channels and internet access to other apps. The air condition controls were easy to use and understand, loved the keyless entry as well. Loved it!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Rocky Point during our honeymoon. The piercing clear blue water of the Sea of Cortez is warm and inviting. We instantly fell in love with the Sandy Beach area and ultimately purchased two properties at the Sonoran Sun. Rocky Point is known for its friendly locals, authentic Mexican food as well as the countless activities available for the entire family.

What makes this property unique

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals without the need for dining out. This condo is truly a beachfront home and has a great deal more space than a hotel room. We offer free Wi-Fi access to all our guests and a free phone line to any USA phone number. High end furnishings and flat screen televisions allow for a relaxing atmosphere when not at the beach or poolside.
