Great to relax

We had a wonderful time in this home. Very clean, a lot of space in the two outside areas to relax. Quiet surrounding. Sleeping rooms cool and good matraces.

A relaxing holiday

We had a relaxing stay here after a welcome by Stephane and Stephanie who took time to show us everything that the property had to offer. The location was great with a 10 minute walk to an excellent sandy beach with very safe swimming, and a 20 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to La Cotiniere with its many restaurants and boulangerie for the breakfast baguette and croissants The central island location was also perfect for exploring the island by bike on its many off road cycle trails, all well marked and safe. Relaxing in the garden after our days on the saddle was also well catered for with comfortable sofa and chairs. An enjoyable stay

Vriendelijke ontvangst en nodige uitleg door de eigenaars. Alles aanwezig en alles netjes.overdekt terras is zeker een pluspuntlocatie is heel goed. Zowel strand als haventje met winkeltjes en restaurants zijn te voet bereikbaar

Un mieux magique pour passer des vacances de rêve ! Stéphanie et Stéphane nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans un logement impeccable et très fonctionnel ! maisonnette calme agréable et bien située

Très bon accueil chaleureux de Stéphanie et Stéphane. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 2 petites filles, dans une location aménagée avec goût, avec tout le necessaire pour cuisiner et le confort pour se reposer. Maison très agréable proche de la mer

Très agréable maison au calme avec jardin. Elle est située à 2 min en vélo de la plage de matha et 5 min en vélo de la cotinière. Les plages de la cotinière et de la peroche sont aussi facilement accessibles en vélo. La maison comporte deux chambres et un grand espace cuisine/salle à manger. Malgré les fortes chaleurs, la température à l'intérieur de la maison est restée agréable. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

La maison apporte tout le confort souhaitable : équipements suffisants, espaces extérieurs agréables, bonne literie, espaces de rangement en nombre. Le quartier est calme, proximité de la plage de matha (5 min à pied), de la Cotiniére (5 min à vélo). Accueil très sympathique par les propriétaires.

Jolie maison de vacances en famille à La Cotinière

Jolie maison typique, bien située, à 2 min en vélo de la plage de Matha et 5 min en vélo du port de la Cotinière. Jardins clos devant et derrière la maison ce qui est très appréciable avec de jeunes enfants. Très bien équipée pour une famille avec bébé/enfants. Propriétaires très accueillants et prévenants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
