Nous avons apprécié la convivialité des propriétaires. Super sympa . Un endroits calme, proche de tous commerces. Plages de sable fin.Un vrai havre de paix pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature.On y reviendra avec des amis ou de la famille.Merci encore.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Objekt entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Vermieter war mein Check-In vor Ort und war sehr freundlich. Das Grundstück liegt an einem als Privatweg ausgewiesen beschranktem Weg. Das Zentrum von Boyardville liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Neben dem Objekt gehören zwei weitere Wohneinheiten zum Gebäudekomplex. Diese waren vermietet, sodass man in der Zeit nicht ganz ungestört war. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet . Wir durften den Pool, der eignetlich zu der großen Hauptwohnung gehört mit nutzen als diese nicht mehr vermietet war. Wir haben nichts vermisst außer einen transportablen Tisch für d draußen, im Garten steht nur ein fest montierter Tisch aus Stein auf dem Rasen wo man abends mit den Mücken zu kämpfen hatte. Wie würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Superbe endroit pour les vacances

L'appartement de plein pied est situé dans une très jolie propriété au milieu d'un jardin sauvage, avec la proximité des commerces et restaurants à pied. Hors saison, je ne suis pas sûre que les commerces soient ouverts.

Séjour sur Boyardville

Petit séjour de quelques jours sur l’île d’Oléron, à 5min à pied du centre de Boyardville entre l’océan et les marais. Ancienne bâtisse remise à neuf et très fonctionnelle, avec l’équipement nécessaire pour optimiser son temps et se concentrer sur les promenades et visites à proximité. Gîte situé de plus dans un environnement très calme.

Nous avons apprécié la location car bien située. Nous avons redécouvert l'île et ces jolis villages et en plus sous le soleil. Un grand merci à la voisine qui nous a dépanné pour la panne d'electricite

Maison calme et très bien située

Le logement est conforme à la description, moderne, très bien équipé... Propriétaires discrets et très sympathiques. La maison est très bien située et dispose d'un espace de verdure dans un environnement calme. Le port et la plage sont à proximité. Je recommande !

Logement fonctionnel dans un endroit paisible

Logement adapté, moderne et propre pour 5 personnes dont un bébé, placards bien utiles dans les chambres. Cuisine bien équipée. Extérieur paisible et centre-ville à proximité. Idéal pour un week-end en famille !

Très bon emplacement, appartement fonctionnel.

L’appartement est très bien situé, il a été refait à neuf, il est très propre et est très bien équipé avec de l’électroménager de qualité. Il est est fidèle aux photographies, avec deux chambres de bonnes taille, une avec un lit en 140 et l’autre avec un lit en 160, le confort! Le cadre est superbe! L’annonce est en revanche imprécise. Les draps, serviettes, torchons, éponges, ne sont pas fournis, ni les condiments de base (huile, vinaigre) à l’exception du sel et du poivre. La machine à café est une machine à café filtres. Il faut quitter les lieux avant 10h et non 11h comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Ils offrent du pineau local et des biscuits. Ils sont très accommodants. Nous les remercions vivement de mettre ce bien à disposition des voyageurs que nous sommes. Nathalie

Super réservation

Nous avons passé un week-end de 4 jours génial !! Les hôtes sont tres gentils une petite attention nous attendais à l’arrivée. Endroit au calme à proximité du port et des commerces ainsi que la plage nous n’avions pas besoin de prendre la voiture et ça s’est top 👍 Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
