Separate fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, mixer, oven, microwave, washing machine, water kettle, iron and ironing board...It has capacity for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning with central heat pump throughout the apartment. It has satellite television with channels as CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5, ITV1, ITV3, BBC1 WALES, BBC2 WALES, CNN, CNBC, SONLIFE, BLOOMBERG and BBC WORLD NEWS.The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both have free access for our clients. You have the option of renting an outdoor parking space or garage for an additional cost.
