APARTMENT IN FIRST LINE OF THE BEACH
Apartment located on the seafront of the Levante beach in Calpe with beautiful views of the sea and Peñón de Ifach. It has a closed area with a solarium garden, two swimming pools for adults and one for children.
It has capacity for 2/4 people, and has a bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed; bathroom; dining room with double sofa bed; kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, mixer, etc .; furnished terrace with frontal view of the sea, garden, swimming pools, promenade, beach and Peñón de Ifach.

The apartment has been completely renovated recently.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung und möchten unsere Begeisterung gern teilen! Die Gastgeber waren von Anfang an unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und aufmerksam. Man hat sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. So wünscht man sich das als Gast! Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, und das absolute Highlight war der Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon.Was uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat, war das hervorragende Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für das, was man hier geboten bekommt. Das Gesamtpaket war stimmig. Fazit: wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Wer eine Auszeit am Meer sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Marie Paule et Jacques son dos personas encantadoras, amables y educadas. Para nosotros fue un placer conocerles y que estuvieran alojados en nuestro apartamento que trataron como si fuera de su propiedad. Estaremos encantados de volverlos a recibir si ellos lo desean y los recomendamos como clientes a cualquier otra propiedad.

Très bonne situation, propriétaires aux petits soins, mais des points à améliorer

Appartement situé au 2eme étage, très belle vue sur piscines et mer. Par rapport à la description : - appartement fumeur, forte odeur de tabac à notre arrivée, difficile pour des non fumeurs comme nous, odeur tenace plusieurs jours durant. - le parking est en option (payante), il faudrait le préciser dans le descriptif, mais pas de souci pour se garer dans la rue en janvier. A propos des éléments et ustensiles de cuisine : voir à faire un tri et les renouveler (poêles usées , assiettes fendues ...). A propos du chauffage : le radiateur bain d'huile sur roulettes dans la pièce n'est pas adapté. Immeuble peu insonorisé : voisin du 3éme au dessus bruyant, travaux au 7éme étage (burin/marteau pour faire sauter le carrelage et le plafond). J'ai mis une note globale positive car les propriétaires sont attentionnés et mes constats peuvent être rapidement pris en compte.

Répondant à notre client, je pense qu'il exagère dans ses propos : L'odeur de tabac ainsi que le bruit des travaux effectués dans un autre appartement, avec son permis de travaux municipaux correspondant, sont des cas particuliers et hors de notre contrôle. En ce qui concerne les ustensiles de cuisine et autres commentaires, il se peut que certains éléments n'étaient pas en parfait état à ce moment-là, car ils n'ont pas été détectés et remplacés par un nouveau, dont la valeur est insignifiante pour l'appartement à être, comme on peut le vérifier par les commentaires des clients précédents en parfait état.

We hebben genoten met onze twee honden

De ligging voor ons was perfect. Ruim balkon met schitterend zeezicht. Appartement was schoon en fris en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Werden ook goed en enthousiast ontvangen. De boulevard en de terrasjes waren gezellig en allemaal vriendelijke mensen. Ook de honden waren overal welkom. We komen hier zeker eens terug.

Très belle appartement conforme à l’annonce ! Piscine et mer à proximité, parfait ! Nous avons apprécié le grand balcon ! Et la gentillesse des propriétaires ! Heureusement qu’il y a là clim ... je recommande cette appartement, et j’y retournerai avec plaisir !
