The house Noce is located in the land surrounding La Gianna farmhouse.

The farmhouse is located in Tuscany on the hills between Viareggio and Lucca in an ancient village called Nocchi near Camaiore.

The property stretches on to a land with olive trees and wineyards. There is a large common garden (in addition to the private one) with a beautiful swimming pool and nearby a woodoven a barbeque and a laundry. The pool area is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deckchairs.

There is a vegetables common garden and orchard open to everyone where you can hand pick you fruits and vegetables.

The farmhouse is in an ideal geographic location for a relaxing holiday close to historical cities (Lucca, Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Pisa) and Versilia coast.

From Nocchi you can reach the top of monte Prana from where you can have a nice panoramic view of Apuane Alps and Tirrenian Sea.

By car you can reach the popular beach of Viareggio, located 14 km from Nocchi. While in Viareggio you will have access to a private beach club, where an umbrella and two chairs will be available for you. This service is included in the price of the house rent.

The beach club is equipped with windsurfs, surfs, surf school, catamaran, canoes (additional price will apply for these additional services).

Great place

We had a very nice vacation. Angelo is a very nice host and has good tips. The place on the beach is also highly recommended. Nice restaurants nearby and lots of sights to go see.

Sommerurlaub in der Toskana

Unser Urlaub bei Angelo war wunderschön, entspannt und erholsam. Wir hatten das einzeln stehende Ferienhäuschen zur Verfügung und somit einen schönen eigenen Bereich! Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war für einen erholsamen Schlaf wirklich hilfreich bei Außentemperaturen von durchweg über 30 Grad am Tag. Wenn man die Schlafzimmertür aufgelassen hat, ist auch der Rest des Hauses kühl geblieben! Die Ökobilanz ließ sich mit dem genutzten Solarstrom noch vertreten. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer befindet sich auf einer überdachten Terrasse. Man sitzt also bei allen Mahlzeiten in der freien Natur. Im Inneren des Hauses gibt es dafür keine Möglichkeit! Aber im Sommer ist es auf der Terrasse herrlich mit einem Traumblick Richtung Küste! Für Ausflüge gibt es reichlich Ziele, bei denen man aber auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Beispielsweise sollte man unbedingt Lucca und Pietrasanta( noch schöner am Abend) einen Besuch abstatten. Der Gemeinschaftspool auf dem Gelände ist sehr groß und für alle eine willkommene Abkühlung. Ansonsten darf man sich auf dem wirklich großen Gelände an allen reifen Früchten bedienen und Angelo ist stets bei Fragen hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Eine Sache sollte man wissen: im Ort muss man eine schmale Brücke gefolgt von engen Gassen durchfahren, um sein Ferienziel zu erreichen. Laut Angelo ist die Brücke komfortable 2,27m breit…. Mit großem Auto muss man da etwas mehr aufpassen. Alles in allem war es für uns der perfekte Erholungsurlaub! Danke Angelo!
