Perfect tuscan country house from the 18th century is available for holiday rental in the garden of the 400 years old Villa Unis, with lush garden and outdoor swimming pool.

Perfect location to enjoy the Pisa-Lucca-Viareggio area (Versilia), and just 60 mins from Firenze.

The Limonaia offers the ideal scene for the tuscan family holiday location:
A dreamy private garden with its own lemon and orange trees, one beautiful double bedroom and two additional beds in the sala, kitchen with all equipments to cook (if you had enough of visiting the countless local restaurants), dining area and bathroom with shower.
Plus an amazing park and a real historical noble villa from 1614 still maintained in original conditions - wishing for anything else for the perfect tuscan holiday?

In the park of the Villa another cottage for up to 6 people is available separately but also together with the Limonaia.

The Limonaia can be rented for minimum periods of 1 week. If you are thinking about long therm rentals (more than two weeks), please contact the owners to discuss possible discount.

We recomment you plan your holiday on wheels - public transport in Versilia is available but it would limit your flexibility greatly. Car, bikes or scooters are best to think of.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem ansprechenden Pool. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und voller üppiger Vegetation. Die Anfahrt ist mit M-Van jedoch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Gerne aber wieder.
