Le Jarrier is several hundred years old. We bought it in 2004 when it had been empty for 20 years and needed a lot of work, starting with a new roof, windows, doors etc. etc.
We hope we have transformed it to provide a modern yet comfortable interior and large gardens for our guests to enjoy.

Why they chose this property
Our guests love the setting of Le Jarrier in the rural French countryside but the bonus of the location enables them to explore the activities nearby such as canoeing in the very popular Aples Mancelles tourist location, cycle hire, Sille Lake with Beach (Plage) and bars plus Tree Adventures, Boat Rides and Mini Train trips around the lake during the season.
In less than 1 hour guests can visit Le Mans with its great Sunday morning marked set under the cathederal. A bit further on is the Le Mans World Famous 24 Hour Race Track & Car Museum.
Local markets in differnt villages and towns are also popular with our guests .
