You will be welcomed in a beautiful stone house located in the historic heart of the medieval village.
Renovated completely new and tastefully decorated, this house of 155 m2 on 3 levels has a lot of charm.
In saint Gengoux, pretty medieval city, you will be able to visit its church dating from the 12th century, but also the wash-house, the fountains, the square tower; the place of the pillory, ... and you can enjoy the greenway, old railway line reserved for walkers and cyclists. You can also have 6 bikes that you will find in the cellar of the house and if you need more you can rent in the village.
The village is on the road of the greatest wines of Burgundy.
In the surroundings, you can visit many castles: the castle of Cormatin, that of Brancion, that of Berzé the chatel, that of Piereclos and that of Lamartine located in Saint Point.
You will also discover the historic site of Cluny with its abbey dating from 910, its national stud farm dating from 1814, ...

In the house, on the ground floor, you can enjoy a kitchen / dining room equipped with an oven, electric hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a high chair for baby and d a fridge, a living room with TV overlooking a terrace, a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer and a toilet. You will have an internet connection.
On the 1st floor, you will have at your disposal a second large living room with TV, a bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200 and a bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and baby bath.
On the 2nd floor, you will have 3 bedrooms (1 with two beds of 90 x 190, 1 with a bed of 90 x 200 and a cot and 1 with two beds of 90 x 190) and a toilet.
You will have at your disposal in the vaulted cellar of the house 6 bikes with which you can walk on the greenway, as well as deckchairs, table, chairs and parasol that will allow you to enjoy the pleasant terrace to the south.
Animals are not allowed. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house.
