70 sqm apartment, very quiet, in an independent villa surrounded by a large wooded park called "Tenuta dei Normanni", ideal for long walks in the open air and for a stay in an elegant and relaxing environment, just 10 minutes drive from the city center and 5 minutes from the motorway exit / entrance.
The apartment has a large living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a terrace with a table and 6 chairs.
It is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, TV, free wi-fi internet connection and free parking.
On request is available all the necessary for the children as crib and and high chair.
The price includes cleaning before and after guests' arrival, a set of towels and bed linen per person. For each additional series the price is € 5.
On the roof of the building there is a large solarium in common use with shower and deck chairs.
