Very spacious Gite Rural (3 *) in the Famenne

This former farmhouse and residence from 1867 in Pondrôme (Commune de Beauraing) has been renovated and transformed into a pleasant holiday villa. The beautiful kitchen, spacious living room with reading corner exude a rustic, cozy atmosphere. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday without worries. Le Kiewie is located in the triangle between Dinant, Reims (FR) and Bastogne.
Pondrôme is a village in the Famenne, 5 km east of the pilgrimage type Beauraing, 20 km south of Dinant and 15 km west of Rochefort. The beautiful surroundings offer hiking routes, nice restaurants and plenty of entertainment. For example, how about a visit to the Caves of Han? Or a kayak trip on the river Lesse. Nature lovers can enjoy the many beautiful hiking and cycling opportunities. Pondrôme is located directly on the GR577, a famous walking route of more than 170 km in total. This GR577 leads all the way through the Ardennes to Durbuy and Marche-en-Famenne. Le Kiewie is also a member of the tennis club in Han-s-Lesse (guests can play, don't forget to bring rackets)

The house can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor are spacious livings, a spacious kitchen, television, terrace with 3 kiwi trees on the south (60 m2) and a garden (1000 m2). Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an extra shower and 4 sinks.

At 100 meters from Le Kiewie is a supermarket (Delhaize-Proxy) which can be useful for daily shopping. There is also a bakery and a butcher shop (Boucherie de la Ferme).

Public transport: there is a bus stop in the village (100 meters from Le Kiewie). Buses run to Beauraing, Rochefort and Dinant. The nearest train station is Beauraing (4 km).
